Finally had cash on me and happened to go by during open hours!
I love and respect the short hours and cash only for a business that is obviously run by the namesake herself, Rehanah.
The curry is tasty, the roti is fresh. Be prepared for Caribbean spice if you are not used to it.

Closed sign always on even when I see people inside
Was really looking forward to eating here, but the food and service were subpar. The restaurant was closing an hour earlier than expected and there was no AC or ventilation inside. The food was ok, we got a shrimp roti and a chicken roti. Not crazy flavorful
Absolutely the best Caribbean Roti!
Reminds me of my visit to Trinidad.
Thank you Rehanah! You're the Best!

Drove over an hour there on Saturday after my husband had raved about the food heâd enjoyed on a previous visit and we were excited to go after all the good things he said about the food.
Food: The food itself was EXCELLENT and prepared fresh - we each had the shrimp roti.
Service: Owner was busy doing a catering and made it known as soon as we walked in the door to place our order which was NOT a good first impression but we assumed it would get better when she agreed to serve us anyway. While we waited our food, another group 4 came in to pick up their order and the owner complained to them too about how busy she was with this catering event. They were visibly awkward about this information, gathered their food, apologized for âbotheringâ her and left. When our food was ready, she again complained about this catering event that she was so busy with and how the catering customer kept calling to add to their order. NOT something customers should EVER have to hear! She clearly knew she had a catering that day, so she could have put a sign in the door that she was âclosed for a special eventâ and have updated her voicemail so people calling in with orders would know too, but instead, she felt that complaining to her walk-in pick-up customers was a better way to deal with the situation. I donât know why she didnât hire help if she was so busy, or like I said, indicate the shop is closed for the day. She also only accepts cash (no debit or credit), so come prepared for that.
*Food is for take-out or catering only. While there are 2 tables with chairs in the restaurant, itâs a small space and the seating areas are only for sitting while youâre awaiting your pick-up food to be prepared. Canned and Grace brand bottle drinks are available for purchase.
Summary: Great food. Itâs not cheap (most options are just under $20). Despite the taste and the cost ($45 for 2 roti and 2 canned drinks), I wonât be back only because of the whining about this catering event. Completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and unappreciated, and made the other pick-up customers uncomfortable too.
There is a highly rated Mexican restaurant right across the street that I would rather go to for great food AND service. Sorry, Rehanah, you blew it - had the restaurant been closed, it would have been a better experience than hearing you complain about being too busy. Donât worry - we wonât be an inconvenience to your business again.

Only problem is you never know when this place will be open. No regular and predictable hours.

Best roti in the world. Amazing woman â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸
Cash only and short opening hours. She also does catering, and her place is popularâso if you want to try her food, be sure to come around noon or before 2 PM to make sure you get what you want!
This is by far the best and most authentic food! She made me shrimp, chicken, and veggie roti.
The food gives you a homey and comforting experience!
The most authentic trini food in the lower mainland
I don't know what to tell you about it I'm just going on the experience that I had in Toronto, because they are located to far from where I live to take public transportation, but I loved Trinidadian roti's in Toronto and I'm guessing that they would be the same
