I wanted to share some feedback regarding our visit to the branch which It was our first time there, but unfortunately, it will also be our last.
One of my nieces asked three times to try three different flavors of ice cream, while you don't have any policy for trying your ice cream, one of your staff treated her poorly, which made her very upset and caused her to cry. As you know, children get very excited about ice cream and choosing flavors, so this experience was quite disappointing for her. She now feels hesitant about trying ice cream again, even at other stores.
I have always believed that your establishment is one of the most professional in all aspects, but this incident has changed my perspective.
