I was craving for some Italian food near me and I found this AMAZING place. I have lived in Italy for 6 months and I can tell the atmosphere itself is really like a family Italian restaurant. I share the Veal Parmigiana with my husband and we had a box to go. So much food and good price. The staff was amazing, so kind. I will definitely return. Highly recommended :)

Waited for more than half an hour, by the time we got in, there was no more meatballs? Tried spaghetti with meat sauce; surprisingly, it was awesome!!!??First time ever I finish the whole dish. We order the cheese cake to go and it is fabulous too, it is so soft and creamy. Definitely will go back again.

I am glad we tried this place. Very delicious and excellent service. Will definitely be going back soon. We had the special of the day, seafood cannellonia and spaghetti with meatballs. Went there at 5 pm to beat the rush.

Every pasta was great but the service was outstanding. Called in to see if they can make my order by a certain time, they check of the cooks and got it done even though they were completely packed l.

Terrible terrible costumer service!!! We arrived all the way from downtown Vancouver on Friday night to take my 83 year old dad for dinner for his bday, we arrived at 8:00pm and the very rude waitress said no table is available for tonight when clearly most tables were finishing up, I mentioned that and she reluctantly said maybe in 30 min.... We came back in 30 min, there were 2 empty tables available, however she refuses to accommodate us, saying these are staff tables!! When I asked for her name, she said I don’t need to know her name..

My buddy brought me to Rosa's this evening. My first time at this restaurant. I ordered the ribs and my buddy had the lasagna. The food was good. No complaints. But I have to make a comment about Vanessa. She was awesome! She was friendly and provided exceptional service. We had a great experience at Rosa's.

Fabulous Dinner last night. The Caesar Salad was the best I have ever had and the mussels with pasta were superb..the cheesecake was heavenly!! Thank you Brian and Sandy for bringing us here to celebrate my birthday.?

Our server was great but the food isn't good like it used to be. My sister ordered the seafood pasta in a rose sauce. That wasn't a sauce it was so liquidy and terrible! I had the carbonara pasta which was very oily. The decor in the restaurant is so outdated! We sat by a window and it was chilly being they're single panes. This restaurant has been around for such a long time, you would think they would do some updates.I definitely won't go back!!

Like someone else said, not as good as it used to be, I understand the bread is not feasible to be homemade like it used to be but the spaghetti I had yesterday was not nearly as good as it was the last time, last time lots of sauce all mixed together yet yesterday it felt dry, maybe a scoop of sauce leaving the spaghetti mostly without or little sauce, but that may have been an inexperienced cook. I will still highly recommend Rosa’s for many reasons, the ambiance hasn’t changed, though Rosa used to come to the tables to greet customers, the lasagna my husband had was excellent & Ingrid enjoyed her food immensely, the perfect venue to share with & they follow Covid-19 health directives very well, while other restaurants I feel inclined to go to the Fraser Health Authority for sitings, I’ve never felt that need for Rosa’s ever.

I’ve heard really great things about this restaurant- it was quaint. It was friendly enough- certainly casual. Portions were reasonable. The food was okay. Not amazing. We started with a Caesar salad. Very different in flavour (croutons were homemade and good) - I couldn’t pinpoint the flavour in the dressing- but it wasn’t for me. Super garlicky. We also had a spaghetti and meat sauce. This was tasty. And at $13.50 a very good price. The spaghetti vongole was a bit bland-Overall the experience at Rosa’s was somewhat underwhelming. Not awful - But also probably not a place I’d go out of my way to go to again.

We visited this place around 3 weeks ago on our date night and we truly enjoyed it! It's quaint, small, cozy, and has that old Italian taverna charm.Like I mentioned, the place is small so either arrive as soon as they're open or be prepared to wait in line especially if you come with a group of 4+. Highly recommended is their meatballs appetizers. They're HUGE and generous with the sauce! Good to feed 4 and I definitely suggest you use the bread to soak up all those sauce goodness. Their pasta also comes in generous portion, so you can always have enough leftover for tomorrow's lunch ;)If you've been to Italy and you know how restaurants there usually have really good house wine on the cheap, this place also carries their house wine as well, though not as cheap as what you'd find in Italy. Therefore, might as well just get a whole bottle of wine. They'll put the stopper on and pack it up for you if you can't finish it there. We got the Ruffino and it went down pretty darn smooth. Yes, you'll pay 2-3X the price than getting it from the liquor store, but that's to be expected and it certainly makes the dining experience that much better :)

Our traditional place for anniversary dinner is open again! They are very careful with covid protocols, which we appreciate. As always: excellent food, large dishes and perfect, pleasant service. The tiramisu (split between the two of us) was a great choice, I should remember it for next time!
