Great pizza, not too greasy. Look at their family deals if you have to feed a large group of people

let me just say that Sergio‘s was just an amazing place to be at. I walked in. I was instantly greeted at the front and the pizza came really fast! I’m just so happy I came here for a quick bite to eat with my dear friends.

The man working here was friendly and I was impressed by the pizza. 🍕 got the meat lovers

We got a large pizza delivered to our home with specific toppings but found it covered in green peppers instead of the jalapeños that i had asked for. When my girlfriend took it back, they argued with her about it. She shouldn't have to debate with staff over an error they made. Terrible way to treat a customer. So much for customer service. A truly bizarre and frustrating experience for my girlfriend.

Price keeps going up quality keeps going down

$10 for 2 slices and a pop, when an entire small pizza is $20. Really gone downhill since the new owners took over. Quality, taste, cost - all shit. If I'm gonna pay a premium for pizza, I'd sooner go to Emilio Finatti's instead.

I went to grab a slice as I usually do from time to time... But I walk in and there is a child behind the counter and running around.... Spring break.. whatever thought nothing of it. When I ordered my slice I had it on the counter before paying and the kid reached up coughing and put his hands in my pizza trying to eat it...and the mother behind the counter did not say a word just grabbed her kid and tried to charge me for the slice.... I will not be going back. I urge people not to go here anymore.. it's dirty and the pizza lost its great taste it used to have.

I had a really disappointing experience with my pizza pickup. The crust was burnt, making it tough and unappetizing. The ground beef had an odd smell, which was really off-putting, and the feta cheese smelled questionable as well. Overall, the quality was far from what I expected, and I won't be returning.

Lastnight we ordered dinner from here, it has been a long while. When I called to place my order the lady that answered the phone was nice and polite which was great, but this is where I knew something had changed. The wait time for our order was normal, 20 minutes to pick up. Now, this is where the good stops. Upon arrival I noticed that the staff was no longer the younger people in their 20s working. There was a husband and wife running the place with younger kid drawing pictures at one of the tables, nothing wrong with this. Pair for my order and returned home with 2 pizza. The first pizza, the big aloha smelled good. The looks, sub-par. It now has extra large slices of ham with minimal cheese. There was a decent amount of pineapple. The taste was less than average. It is no longer a nice and hearty pizza with substance. The second pizza we had was the Alfredo. It smelled good. It looked really sloppy. The taste was less than average once again. The dough seemed like it was not fully cooked. The toppings did not stay on the pizza. There was excessive sauce that made things soggy. The garlic was plopped on the slices in clumps. There were a couple of pieces that had some mystery chunks.
I had no idea that this place had changed ownership and I have nothing against them. Unfortunately, for us this will be the last time we order from this place. I would not recommend this place for your pizza needs

Wife and I have been going to Sergio’s for years. Lately however, it’s gone downhill. Visited today and we had 2 different slices. Both were just terrible. I swear they went to Safeway, purchased a frozen pizza, put it in the oven and burnt it. The cardboard box was softer than the crust. Burnt to a crisp and I think they may have forgot to put the topping on. It’s to bad as it used to be a good place for pizza. We shall be going to Papa Leo’s from now on. In other words, I do not recommend Sergio’s.

Didn’t know they had a new ownership from the original owners back when Sergio’s was amazing. But unfortunately last night was the last time I’ll order from them. The pizza is always overcooked, burnt meat, random toppings. ( I got one tomato on each slice of pizza, which wasn’t even ripe)

I’ll give them one more star for having ready to go pizza in case you’re in a rush, but often time they’re hard from sitting in the case for too long.
