It had been quite some time since I had ordered from Sergio's, probably about 8 months. I missed their pizza so I gave it a go. I was amazed at how excellent the pizza was, just like I remembered but better...so much toppings. I will be putting Sergio's back on regular rotation.

Came in for lunch. Only had 2 slices that wasn’t pork related. Decided to go with one cheese and one veggie. Both slices of pizza were extremely old and hard. Not to mention, when asking to get my slices headed up it took the young woman 5 minute to reheat it and serve it to me. Unlikely that I’ll be coming back.

Curiosity (and hunger) got the best of me tonight, so I gave it a try. The first slice was no good, but I was hungry, so I started eating the toppings off the next slice. Good thing I did that because the dough was raw ?
I won't be returning.

DISGUSTING. Walked in there to grab a quick slice of pizza, the two staff acknowledged me and just kept on cleaning in the back. It wasn’t even remotely close to closing time. After a few minutes I said “hello?” and one of them reluctantly came to get my order. Already annoyed, I was curious if they were going to bother to wash their hands or put on gloves after being in the back cleaning, and I think you can guess the answer to that. No. If you are at all conscious about health and safety standards or general customer service, don’t go here. Will never go here again which is too bad because the pizza is decent.

Thick pizza slices. Good price. Don’t know what style they are supposed to be but they do the trick. Somewhere between pan/deep dish and traditional. Good location and free parking. Great to pick a pair and go.

I experienced one of the worst lasagnas I've ever had. Dry, flavorless and a hint of cheese, what a disappointment. If this is the standard...pathetic. I've had the pizza as well, three stars at best. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
Prices are up .... Again. Point to a slice of fresh pizza, get old one. Other places are now more worth it.

2024 update - changed to 5 star - the new owner has 100p improved. There quality is back to what it used to be when the Italians used to own it. Amazing improvement! The owner really cares
2023- 2 star- Can’t say for a full pizza. But when I picked up a slice, it was not hot at all. And there was no sauce at all. New owner ship isn’t taking the pizza seriously anymore. I’ll try again
