Last night my family and I dined here, as we often do because the food is good. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Less than an hour after being seated (following a 35-minute wait) we were interrupted by four different servers asking if we needed box for our food or if they could clear our plates, even though we were clearly still eating. The final insult was when a server took the chili flakes directly from our table without asking, while we still had food in front of us, to give to another table. We come here often, but this experience felt rushed and disrespectful . As paying customers, we expect better.

Real Italian pizzas here. The same style and taste I had in Naples. Some pizzerias also offer Margherita, but they offer the name only, not the style or taste. North American style pizzas have gone too far from authentic Italian pizzas.

Might be the best pizza I’ve had in Canada. And Heather was the best and made our whole experience amazing. We will be back again and so excited to eat the delicious pizza and be looked after by Heather again. So good!!

The food here was absolutely amazing! I had the tortellini in cream sauce, and they were cooked to perfection. Our server made the evening even better friendly, attentive, and cracking jokes with us all night. Great food, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Try Alla Facciazza while you’re in the Lower Mainland! Never had such an amazingly tasty Neopolitan pizza anywhere else.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. We came as a group of six for a birthday celebration. I arrived about 40 minutes later than the group, ordered a beer, and before I could even order food, the server dropped the bill on the table because two people requested it. When I explained that I hadn’t even ordered yet, instead of accommodating me, I was told to move to another table, and shortly after, told I had to leave because “there were people waiting outside.”

This is completely unacceptable. It’s disrespectful to treat paying customers this way, especially during a celebration. It doesn’t matter how good the pizza might be, service like this ruins the entire experience, ok manager?

Plenty of restaurants in this city know how to value their customers, this is not one of them. I will never return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and hospitality.

I LOVE this Italian restaurant. 100% deserves all of the attention and praise. Every single dish I have I am amazed and never left disappointed. The service here is great and they are attentive. The wait times can be long though during dinner rush.

Everything is reasonably priced in this market. It is loud in this restaurant

We went to celebrate my engagement and got treated so amazing at Spacca. Our server was so kind, brought us all sorts of nice gestures. The food is amazing too. Would always recommend, the best Italian food!

Service was amazing, but the time limit for dinner, not being seated to enjoy a drink while you wait for your entire party, and having the food come out like a fast food establishment dampened the enjoyment of going out for a family dinner. There was little time to enjoy the company and socialize with people you haven’t seen for awhile. I would not go back unless I was in a time crunch

This place is fantastic! For a pizzeria, it is upscale.
For the price of the box pizzas you can get an authentic taste, and when you bring that pizza to your face and you smell the light burnt odour of the crust and the aroma of the sauce and meats… amazing flavours both rich and subtle.
It is refreshing to pay a reasonable price, and especially with this service! An authentic flare - when you’re in this area you will not be disappointed!

Burnt dough, huge edges, little toppings. They use tomato juice instead of Passat, so the pizza is liquidy. And pretty pricey. Small pizza for 1 person to eat is $25. +$25 salad +$20 antipasto. That's $90 per person with tips. So we ordered only 2 pizzas - $50+$15tips
