Our server Najin was super helpful and friendly!
We only wait 2 minutes are server was Isabella and she went above and beyond she is the best she deserves a pay raise and the food was delicious
We are regulars for take out. This past friday we were very disappointed with the seeming less truffle fries and also being charged $2 for a very small extra dip.....when our take out order was close to $100.
This has to be the best pizza around!! Our server Maggie was amazing too. 10/10. Will be back :)
The place is nice, food is great, a special respect to the Chef!
But once I asked to surprise my friend for his birthday, I ordered a dessert (paid for it) and asked to bring it to our table with candles. They brought this dessert to a different table and without candles. Since it was a surprise, I didn't want to ask the waitress for it again because I didn't want my friend to notice anything. So I ended up paying for the dessert that we never got.
The pizzas felt authentic Italian and it was quite good, wish there were a couple more vegetarian options. Our server was very funny and kept us engaged the whole way, interaction was great. But we must have come at a very busy timing, because we were made to wait an hour before getting seated, and it was very crowded and loud.
Good food, excellent and friendly service.
Good atmosphere.
Best pasta I've had in the lower mainland
Spacca Napoli near Port Moody is a must-visit for authentic Neapolitan pizza. Their Margherita is outstanding — fresh basil, rich San Marzano tomato sauce, and creamy fior di latte on a soft, blistered crust. It’s cooked to perfection in their traditional wood-fired oven, giving each bite that classic char and airy texture. The flavors are simple, balanced, and true to Naples-style pizza. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff only add to the experience. If you’re craving real, handcrafted pizza, Spacca Napoli delivers every time.
Make sure to make a reservation if you’re coming here as it’s full most evenings. All the food that we ate were so flavourful and I can understand why it’s such a great neighbourhood restaurant to visit. We had the award winning ricotta pizza which had a very puffy crust and came with potatoes on top. We also ordered the ragú pasta which was a good portion and delicious. I can understand why there is a separate take out window for the pizza itself. Both outdoor and indoor seating available. Come early if you didn’t make a reservation as they might have extra seats available for you outside.

I finally stopped by after telling myself so many times I would—and I’m so glad I did!
This place is a gem in the neighborhood. The pizza is amazing—from the classic styles to their more creative combinations, everything I tried was top-notch.
What really stood out was the dough—perfectly chewy and full of flavor, especially fresh out of the wood-fired oven. Absolutely delicious!
The pizza is amazing and staff are great
Not recommended! Every pizza was overcooked, with burnt crusts that were too thin. Burnt food is harmful! The areas with toppings were overly soggy. It’s hard to believe such pizzas actually won any awards. The service was mediocre as well:After asking them for help, no one responded. It was a complete waste of my time waiting. Almost no parking. I won’t be going back!
The food is great. Sadly, I can't say the same about the customer service and front-of-house (FOH) staff. I went for a romantic dinner with my wife on Sunday, and when we put our names on the waitlist, at least three parties of 5 or more people who arrived after us and put their names too, were accommodated before. They don't follow the First-in, First-out (FIFO) system, so don't expect to get a table in order or if you don't look like a high-profitable customer. I complained to the host about it, and we got attended until then. The same happened with a few other parties waiting. We ended up waiting 1 hour before getting a table, and once we entered, the restaurant was half empty. Our server gave us bland customer service, and we just interacted with her 3 times; I saw her chatting multiple times with colleagues, and the cherry on top was that after 45 minutes of dining (The policy is that you have 90 minutes of dining), the server gave us the check without us requesting it. I was about to order a dessert and a second drink, but she didn't give me the chance. We are very disappointed that an award-winning restaurant had such lousy customer service. The food was great; the only people worth a 5-star review were the food runners and the chefs. I don't recommend dining in this place until the FOH staff changes. Take your pizza to go and go to the breweries; you will be treated way better. I will save you a sour moment. Specially for a date night
EDIT: Just look at the response from the manager. Almost zero concern about serving raw pizza to customers and more concern about the review. Amazing how they can be uncontactable by phone and email but respond almost immediately to a Google review. Shows where their priorities lie. I STRONGLY encourage people to avoid this place. Nobody should be making excuses for serving up something that can give you food poisoning..
Original review:
Well, the article about them being the best pizza spot in Canada must've gotten to their heads because they seem to have forgotten the little pizzeria they used to be.
We used to order from here many a times a month and go in for dinners but now, this is the quality you get. Undercooked pizzas with raw dough. Nope, you can't call them. Nope, they don't respond to emails. Well, I did get a response but it was a generic "we don't take reservations". My email was about the raw pizzas they sold me, not making reservations..
Since they are now too important for their Port Moody family and too big of superstars to answer a phone... I will take my money and eat at another pizzeria. I suggest everyone else does so too. One that doesn't serve you raw pizza dough and one that can answer a phone.
Their pizzas are not cheap and while I understand Napoli style pizzas have soggy centers (and that's not my issue), raw dough is dangerous and disgusting!
