Terrible service. I tried to ask a server a question, said “excuse me” TWO TIMES , and she had no reaction at all until the third time, when she finally snapped back “one moment” with an attitude. She never bothered to help me after that, so I Had to ask someone else. Rude and unprofessional. Being ignored like that as a customer is unacceptable.

So everything was going great until we checked out. I dono what we did as I am pretty sure we tipped the server but the server went on a rant that the tip wasn't enough and now he has to pay the kitchen staff 9 dollars out of his pocket. I mean I have no clue what that means or how the hotel operates but if you consider the tip to be low, you don't come and give us a speech on how the hotel operates!! I would expect you to ask me how the service was and if that entails more tip!! we probably spent around 200 between the 4 so we are not the ones to cheap out!! I know the tipping culture is out of hand but ask where it's due.

Not an Irish pub, more like a sports bar. They should stick to nachos and fries. Pub grub menu is awful. No steak in the steak pie, only mushrooms and celery. Sunday roast is inedible and expensive. If you just want a drink it’s good, but food is awful.

Great place to grab a drink in Port Moody. Has a bit of an older crowd but that’s what makes it special

Would drop 5 stars if they cleaned the Guinness taps. Pint was a little tinny. A good pour though and Rosie did well to split the G. 🍉

$37. $37!!! This is what you get. I think you really went overboard on the carrots. And don’t get me started on that zucchini piece you added, massive one. But the main praise goes to the 50 grams of ribs. I couldn’t finish that, fed it to my kids and even my dog got a few bites of it. Disgraceful for the price.

Used to come to the Well years ago. Came back after 3.5 years out of province. $13.24 for a pint of IPA after a standard tip. Think my next IPA will be at home.

Love the atmosphere. I come in on my own and always feel welcome and comfortable. The food is well done. Favourites are the yorkies and fish and chips. The best! Service is always friendly and helpful. A great neighbourhood gem!

Great neighborhood pub and lots of drink choices but I wouldn’t go here for the food.

Ribs were dry, tasteless and deep friend pickles were greasier than usual. They did well with perogies and the staff is friendly. No complaints about service but the kitchen needs an upgrade.

The shrinkflation is still happening unfortunately. Hey maybe in a year you can pay $$$$ and have one French fry on the plate. The good news is they added back some beef in the braised beef grilled cheese! Bad news is you get a baby sized handful of fries for $24. My partner had the chicken Nashville Sandwich that was burnt. Overpriced and bad food since management changed. Two on happy hour, two drinks each over $100. well nacho are only tortillas. Bring back the potato that everyone loved.
