This location has got my order wrong several times. My friends have also had this issue as well ( ordering a drink with no sugar only to have loads of sugar added in it). If you are getting something to go, make sure you taste it before you leave.

The manager does not care and the employees are not helpful.

Out of all the Starbucks locations I have been to, this one is the worst.

Not saying they get it wrong all the time-but they are a location that will change your order if they don’t have it - without warning you. No other location has ever done that- this one it has happened three times.

No other Starbucks location also lectures you about how their system works. Other locations have always been helpful, this one - if they have a problem… be ready for them to make it yours and lecture you about how their system works.

It’s a shame they can’t get it together at this location. I really hope they change the management and turn this location around.

This is the Starbucks I have been a regular at the longest. The location is very relaxing and it has a relaxing environment. The staff are friendly and I have never felt a long wait for my orders.

Horrible customer service. Barista was throwing a toddler tantrum over having to do work. Hire people who actually want to do their job. Hope they have a chat with her

There is barista named Lindshay . I said to her that the food they served jalapeño chicken pocket was very delicious so I ask to order one more. She has no reaction when I said that no response and quite and I asked her if she is okay and she doesn't smile at all . After she prepared my food she ask her colleague to give to me then she walk away go to staff room.

Wanted to post a shout-out to Sophie here who, in addition to making delicious coffee and a refresher drink with like 12 modifications (the kid watches TikTok, what can I say? lol) joined into our convo and gave incredibly helpful and specific advice on places to get swimwear. :D Love the friendly, above and beyond service!

My Experience at Starbucks in Port Moody was horrible & terrible for their new policy for free cup of water that I wasn't even freaking aware of & the worker that helped me that she was very rude to me demanding that I pay for something to get my free cup of water & when I asked what was the cheapest thing here, she didnt even know or remember what was the cheapest thing in the case to buy for a free cup water, she had to literally look over at the case with the food & pastries are to tell me what was the cheapest thing here. I literally had to spend a $1.73 for a cheese stick since that is the only thing that's the cheapest thing here in order to get a free cup a water. It's so very freaking ridiculous & stupid & lame to have a policy where I have to & need to literally purchase something in order to get a free cup of water. Absolutely disgraceful & stupid & I dont agree with especially when some people don't have a job or dont have the money to afford to buy something & get a free water!! :( I have asked another employer working & she apologized for the new policy & that she doesn't agree with it just like I do & understands & agrees with me of my point on when especially when some people don't have a job like me & don't have money to afford to buy something to get a free cup of water.
