Customer service was terrible and he was the manager!! App wasnt letting me login due to an error on their side so i couldn't claim my birthday gift, and he would let me use my ID when it wasnt my fault the app wasnt working. Basically said no because you could be lying. Thought starbucks was all about customer service

Didn't get a refill because I wasn't staying in but went out for a walk and came back in an hour. They said I would have got it if I'd stayed in. Can't understand this logic. Would it be better for them if I occupied a seat for all this time? In other Starbucks locations you just show your order in the app and get a refill
