Would not recommend. Not only will they not try to resolve an issue with your order when there's proof of payment, and claim it's an issue with your bank. When you go in and actually try to resolve things, they laugh and smile at you when they're on the phone talking about the situation. You have excellent customer service skills, Aman. Ps. Maybe do something about your app. Taking money out of people's accounts, then claiming there was never an order? Such a joke.

The girl working put mayo on the sandwich wrap of the woman ahead of me. The woman didn’t want mayo because she was allergic to eggs and said she might die if she ate it. The worker flatly refused to make a new one and kept glancing at me. I had to side with the woman with the allergy and tell the girl that allergies are nothing to sniff at and that she’s got to remake it. We were the only two customers in the store, it’s not like they were super busy.
It’s very upsetting to see such a disregard to health and safety, I’m not coming back to this subway again.

I work in the area and have been in a few times for a quick lunch, the 2 that work there treat you like you are an inconvenience. They look bothered and eve argued with each other in front of customers. Terrible customer service.

Was just asking the girl who works there about my online order and mentioned that I understand if the order wouldn’t be ready yet because I’m a little early, instead saying my order might still be processing and tell me to wait..THE GIRL CHOSE TO LOOK AT ME WEIRDLY AND KEEP SAYING SHE DOESNT RECEIVED MY ORDER and proceed to ignoring and not helping… psa I’m the only customer at that time…

Employee khush working on the store is very hardworking and attending costumers very nicely and politely. The main thing was that the store was very neat and clean. I will visit the store again.

Had a pretty negative experience with Manveer. He talks on the phone while working on sandwiches, makes careless mistakes when making sandwiches (adds wrong ingredients, places meat unevenly, only adds sauce to 2/3s of the sandwich…). I wanted my order for takeout so didn’t tip. First thing he does when the receipt is printed is checks it over, then sneers. Second copy gets printed and he just crumples it and walks away while I’m still standing there… Tables and seats were dirty too.
My experiences at this branch have otherwise been quite great, but this experience was quite disappointing.

The first time I went to this location, a lady named Baljinder served me. When I had to ask her to repeat herself because she was mumbling, she rolled her eyes, audibly sighed, and seemed frustrated when she had to continue with my order. She talked with a tone and never once smiled or said thank you. The second time I attended this location, she served me again. This time there was less attitude but she seemed fed up with her work and she messed up my order. I asked for all veggies except jalapeños. She even said that back to me. She then proceeded to put jalapeños on my sandwich and didn’t put on olives or banana peppers.
