Had a pretty negative experience with Manveer. He talks on the phone while working on sandwiches, makes careless mistakes when making sandwiches (adds wrong ingredients, places meat unevenly, only adds sauce to 2/3s of the sandwich…). I wanted my order for takeout so didn’t tip. First thing he does when the receipt is printed is checks it over, then sneers. Second copy gets printed and he just crumples it and walks away while I’m still standing there… Tables and seats were dirty too.
My experiences at this branch have otherwise been quite great, but this experience was quite disappointing.

The first time I went to this location, a lady named Baljinder served me. When I had to ask her to repeat herself because she was mumbling, she rolled her eyes, audibly sighed, and seemed frustrated when she had to continue with my order. She talked with a tone and never once smiled or said thank you. The second time I attended this location, she served me again. This time there was less attitude but she seemed fed up with her work and she messed up my order. I asked for all veggies except jalapeños. She even said that back to me. She then proceeded to put jalapeños on my sandwich and didn’t put on olives or banana peppers.

Great subway location. The staff is very nice and efficient when there is a rush. The restaurant is also very clean which I appreciate. A great atmosphere to sit down and enjoy the sunny weather in suterbrook.

Cross contamination, meatballs weren’t cooked. Rude employees who argue with patrons in front of other guests. I witnessed an employee argue with a patron about undercooked food after seeing the employee not prepare the food correctly. They dropped ingredients into others and kept the same gloves on throughout taking payments and creating new subs

This location has AMAZING customer service they promptly greet you and make your order very efficiently other than waiting in line there is virtually no waiting to have your order in your hand and out the door. The manager does an amazing job so do all other staff I recommend this Subway for whenever you’re craving Subway!

Veggies don't look fresh... and you get very few of them in the sandwich anyway. They add the sauces only on one side/corner of the sandwich, which makes it very dry. All in all, not tasty. The physical store looks clean, at least.

I live in the area so I’ve been here quite a few times to try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Very bad customer service, consistently gets orders wrong and does everything they can to not give you the proper amount of ingredients on ur sandwich. If you go here make sure you speak up when they try to put a single piece of an ingredient instead of the appropriate amount. Which they will do every single time in an attempt to save money. Easily the worst subway I’ve ever been to in Canada.
