today i went get sub been going to this sub shop for about 18 Years first time to go here at 8:45 Pm worst service every I ask to have the cheese on the bottom of bread did not hear me i guess, So I ask again and ask me if i went more cheese i said yes but later , can you please put the cheese on the bottom of the bread and the meat on top of the cheese, He just keep making the way he wanted too , So i tap on the glass and ask him to please put the cheese on the bottom of the bread and the meat on top with the extra cheese on top of the meat WOW he start to getting mad at and say i known how to make the sub here and this is way i make them server very nasty
I will not be going back would perfer to drive up to Coquiltambuy there you will not be see me any more as i was more then likly inonce to twice a week buy a sub at this place not any more

The thing that i like the most was hygiene, and girl changed her gloves which I haven’t seen in other subways, this thing impressed me a lot. Really good service and food
By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The worker there was trying to rush me out and his coworker was packed up ready to leave trying to rush my order through. Before my sandwich was even toasted, they were asking me if I wanted anything else because they wanted me to pay quick, and they were very rude about it too. That’s not even that bad, but what was bad is that I open my sandwich wrapper and there wasn’t even a damn attempt at trying to close my sandwich. Every spilt everywhere and it was put together sloppily. Do NOT come here if you want a good subway sandwich (you can tell by the line of sauce in the picture that everything was out of the sandwich before I even opened it)

I just bought a sandwich and when I got to the office I found the bread was so hard and stale I couldn't eat it. I could tell as soon as I touched it, so the person making the sandwich had to know the bread was very stale and chose to use it anyway. That's due to both a bad product and bad staff. This Subway used to be very good. I guess there's a new owner who doesn't care so I won't be going back.

Today around 11.58pm i went at store. There was a worker of subway i am not about her name she said tamana and she said store is closed you can go outside. This is a stupid customer service of saint john street port moody location in bc. She previously also showed attitude and I complained to the another co worker. She has zero etiquette. Another workers are nice and deal in great manner.
