By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The worker there was trying to rush me out and his coworker was packed up ready to leave trying to rush my order through. Before my sandwich was even toasted, they were asking me if I wanted anything else because they wanted me to pay quick, and they were very rude about it too. That’s not even that bad, but what was bad is that I open my sandwich wrapper and there wasn’t even a damn attempt at trying to close my sandwich. Every spilt everywhere and it was put together sloppily. Do NOT come here if you want a good subway sandwich (you can tell by the line of sauce in the picture that everything was out of the sandwich before I even opened it)

I just bought a sandwich and when I got to the office I found the bread was so hard and stale I couldn't eat it. I could tell as soon as I touched it, so the person making the sandwich had to know the bread was very stale and chose to use it anyway. That's due to both a bad product and bad staff. This Subway used to be very good. I guess there's a new owner who doesn't care so I won't be going back.

Today around 11.58pm i went at store. There was a worker of subway i am not about her name she said tamana and she said store is closed you can go outside. This is a stupid customer service of saint john street port moody location in bc. She previously also showed attitude and I complained to the another co worker. She has zero etiquette. Another workers are nice and deal in great manner.

They refused to serve me and my friend at 11:48 and the employee's excuse is (we close at 12) how about turning off ur open sign then? Or not making people rush to get there before the closing time that's on google? Its the second time this happens with the same employee first i understood and i left with no issue even tho i got there 15 mins before the close but here it happens again. Been going there for 5 years but recently with the new staff things are very bad i hope you guys change something.
Good food ,service and clean subway .The staff is always nice and helpful. Awesome deals on the app ! 2 footings for 17 dollars ! The bathroom was clean as the store was.

I have been coming here for years and have developed good relations with the kind, hardworking staff here. I have NO complaints in regards to their service.Unfortunately, I was witness to, who I assume is the owner, verbally berating his staff. An older gentleman who waves hands in the face of his team members, who curses at them, and disrespects their voices.I only write this review to bring awareness to the fact that we, the customers, see you.

Bowl like Scottie!For face value, you can't really go wrong with a Green Goddess Rice Bowl on promo with Subway rewards scheme is pretty solid. Yum grub, fresh ingredients and a good amount of healthy veggies and salad is dope. All this signed, sealed and delivered in completely compostable packaging has my respect and I love it. Subway really need to up their game on the veggie options with offering the bowls and subs an actual legitimate protein option, even some simple beans, lentils or a veggie patty would have topped this off perfectly.The server was also super friendly at this chain, very approachable and patient, nice people.
