Would be wonderful if Waves could start offering reusable coffee sleeves for customers. In the meantime, I encourage everyone to bring your own reusable drink holder—it’s a simple step that really helps reduce waste.

The shop is located near the main entrance of Port Moody Recreation Complex. It provides a relaxing environment for the users of the community centre to take a coffee break, have a quick meal and enjoy casual chats with families and friends. Sitting next to floor-to-ceiling windows is nice. Food and beverage ranges are similar to other Waves Coffee. There is an ice-cream counter but I am not sure whether it belongs to Waves.

My favourite food is the Omega loaf as it is indicated as a high fibre snack.

It’s in the Rec Centre. I come here all the time. They are always so fast, even when they’re busy. Their iced white matcha is amazing.

I sometimes come to this location for a pre/post workout coffee and the staff have been friendly. Unfortunately not on Feb 6 around 7:15pm. I understand your place closes 7pm or 7:30pm ish so when i arrived the counter i asked your barista who looked like cleaning the coffee machine ‘are you closed ? Can i still order’. Her response was ‘huh’ and looked at me as if I asked a silly question, it was a few seconds dead silent until the supervisor came out from the back kitchen and took my order. I ordered a matcha latte and when the barista made it she gave me a side eye look.

I have no problem if they told me they are closing so I wont be ordering. The barista who gave me such a unpleasant should not really be working in customer service field. She genuinely hate people.

The standards of Waves Coffee House are duly maintained and the staff is very welcoming, efficient, and professional.
Plus, aligns perfectly with long hours at library. Remember to get your coffee/tea before 7:30 if you plan a longer sitting at the library.

Very friendly service the brownie and fruit lemonades and hot chocolate are 10/10 good options for people who don't want caffeine the only problem is that it is a little too pricey like a brownie is a whole 5$! But it did tasted good very moist I shall give it a 4/5.

I love the iced mochas from here! Not the best location if you're not a family-type person but if you're in and out it's ok!Haven't had the food so can't comment on that, just need to let my fellow iced mocha lovers out there know they make good ones!! And the sizes are decent! (A bit pricey but treat yo-self!)

Parking: Being that the location is inside a rec center in a small city with tons of young families, all with 2+ kids, there's RARELY parking spots availavle in the lot. The street isn't far but that gets taken pretty quick too...Unrelated but an example: wanted to go to the market one Sunday and had to cancel because there was no parking ANYWHERE.

Friendly service and a nice tea. It’s in the rec centre so not an extensive seating area. Great for a quick drink and snack while you or the kids are at an activity.
