Very friendly service the brownie and fruit lemonades and hot chocolate are 10/10 good options for people who don't want caffeine the only problem is that it is a little too pricey like a brownie is a whole 5$! But it did tasted good very moist I shall give it a 4/5.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are really nice to kids

I love the iced mochas from here! Not the best location if you're not a family-type person but if you're in and out it's ok!Haven't had the food so can't comment on that, just need to let my fellow iced mocha lovers out there know they make good ones!! And the sizes are decent! (A bit pricey but treat yo-self!)
Parking: Being that the location is inside a rec center in a small city with tons of young families, all with 2+ kids, there's RARELY parking spots availavle in the lot. The street isn't far but that gets taken pretty quick too...Unrelated but an example: wanted to go to the market one Sunday and had to cancel because there was no parking ANYWHERE.
Friendly service and a nice tea. It’s in the rec centre so not an extensive seating area. Great for a quick drink and snack while you or the kids are at an activity.

5 out 5 to the team for keeping at a fast pace of the shop. The place is crowded indeed especially on the weekend mornings. To the top manager, please conduct a decent training to your barristers on the coffee making basics. For the record, espresso macchiato is an espresso with a bit of milk foam on the top. It is not a mini latte. They also boil milk. Please don't do this. And, you probably want to let your coffee supplier go. Coffee does not taste any good even for Waves.

I come to a cafe to get the quality that I can’t achieve at home, but as a result I get some kind of incomprehensible slurry! I’ve been very upset lately by the quality of service in Canada. Everyone wants a tip and it doesn’t matter that they absolutely don’t know how to do they work. The photo shows the menu and what I got for almost $7 in reality. I looked at this cup of unpleasant mud for a long time and realized that I had simply been deceived! I approached the girl who prepared it and asked her “what is this?” and whether she made a mistake with the order. But the girl said quite confidently that it was the same drink and did not understand what my question was and if I wanted she could make it again. I said that it was not necessary. I didn’t tell her to give me my money back.I just understood that she doesn’t know how to make latte art and doesn’t even know how to make drinks from the menu. Just save your money and go somewhere like JJ bean.
I stopped by Waves Coffee in Port Moody and found the coffee to be rather mediocre. The flavor was okay, but it lacked the richness and boldness I usually look for. The ambiance was comfortable, and the service was decent, but the coffee itself didn't quite hit the mark. While Waves Coffee could be a convenient option for a quick caffeine fix, I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the coffee they served.

Service is okay but avoid the brewed coffee. It's really, really bad. I ended up throwing it out.Editing: thanks for feedback. I'm not that picky. I'm pushing around a toddler in a stroller. But it was so weak and gross. Worse than instant coffee at home. I suggest getting the americano and skipping the brewed stuff. Caffe Divano's is amazing for instance and worth walking to instead.
