We made reservations for The Summer I Turned Pretty watch party, and on the very day of the event, I called to add another personāonly to be told the watch party was cancelled. No email, no heads-up, nothing. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. To make it worse, the person on the phone was rude and offered zero explanation. Donāt waste your time or make plans hereāthey clearly donāt care about their customers. I will never be coming back.

Came in for a beer and bite to eat after work. Ordered a Corona draft which was flat. Then another drink which was also flat. After struggling to get the bartenders attention with 4 people in the establishment, ordered food... she was busy talking. They were out of all bottles and had only 2 beers on draft, both flat. I was told they had no bottles but that theres a liquor store next door whatever that meant. The curly fries never arrived until I asked where they were, the wings were half cold. Terrible service, food and beer. Im a local. Won't be going again unfortunately.
Best plane to get wings
Amazing food, Amazing service. I had 14 guests in total and thanks to Manjot and Tania, absolutely wonderful waitresses made it feel at home and absolutely killed it with their amazing work throughout the night. I had an amazing birthday celebration. Thank you Manjot and Tania for all your help, made me super happy!!!

I was hoping it would be better. There were not many people (maybe 5-6 tables), but I had to look for someone to order food or drinks all the time. The food that was āon specialā and advertised all over was not available. Food was OK. Nothing exciting, but not bad.

Probably the best of all Wings chain. Decorations are great and the Wings are good quality. Weāve noticed other Wing locations are dropping the quality of the food but Port Moody certainly not! Totally recommend this place!!

Restaurantji Recommends
My family and I (16 person reservation) went to wings for my cousins 19th birthday. While we were there, there was also 2 other big groups and full tables in the restaurant. There was two servers ⦠no bartender so the one server had to keep going back and forth between serving and making drinks. To say they were under staffed is an understatement. I have never felt so uncomfortable and upset watching people do there job well and hoping they would have some staff back up soon and it never happen. Itās very unfortunate that management knew of the reserved big groups and didnāt staff properly.
The wings were ok.. the fries were cold and had no flavour.
Just all around not enjoyable.
I hope things change and other peopleās experience is better than mine.

Our bartender Sam was very friendly and made great drinks, the wings had been seasoned well and were juicy.

Really poor service I have ever experienced from the girl name manjot. Never greeted never check if food was okay. She had bunch of tables which was clear she wasn't able to handle. Could have scheduled more staff.
Today we visited the restaurant.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. However, I was extremely disappointed with the staff, especially the manager.
The restaurant has arcade machines for children, but we were not aware of this ā nor that they only accept cash. My children wanted to play, but we didnāt have any cash on us. A gentleman from a nearby table kindly offered to pay for one game for my child. I remembered I had $2 in the car, so I went to get it.
When I came back, I asked the manager to change my $2 into two $1 bills so I could give one back to the gentleman and let my other child play one game as well. The manager exchanged the money and handed to my child. While speaking with him, I learned that the waitress could actually bring cash and add it to our table bill.
Knowing my children love playing, I asked the waitress to bring us extra money for two more games. She agreed ā but no money was ever brought to us. However, the amount was still added to our bill.
When I approached to ask about the money for the games, the manager, in front of other customers, started insisting that he had already given it to me ā even involving my child in the conversation, claiming he had given it to her. (In reality, these were my own $2 that I had asked to exchange earlier.)
Eventually, after a long conversation, he admitted that they still owed us the amount. But I was shocked by his unprofessionalism ā the public confrontation, the pressure, and the manipulative comments. It felt especially inappropriate given that it was Ukrainian Day at the restaurant, and from my cultural perspective, such situations should be handled discreetly. Involvement kids in adult conversation - is unacceptable at all.
His words ā ā$2 is not so much for me, I can give it to you if you are honestly sureā ā made it sound as if I were lying to get free money, which was both insulting and unacceptable
