Ordered at 7:30pm on Sunday Chicken Chow Mein Beef & Broccoli & Prawns
& everything was fresh, crunchy & best I've had in a loong time!! Gotta say the Prawn batter was very tasty.. didn't give 5 stars because more veggies than beef & beef pieces were small... yet the freshness was definitely impressive just before closing... Definitely will go back!!

Ordered delivery and was quoted 45mins-1hr. They were busy so the order took over an hour, which doesn’t bother me because they can’t anticipate a rush night. But once we got our food it tasted like it had been sitting for over 45 mins - very soggy and stale.

Only complaint was the service. Food was pretty good. Tasty and cooked. My son ordered a pop (Coke). He received a Dr Pepper. Then the waitress came with our appetizer, egg rolls on a serving plate. No saucers or utensils to use. Egg rolls were tasty. Fingers greasy. She came back with the food we ordered. We ordered four plates of various items. House chow mein, sweet and sour pork, deep fried prawns, and kung bo chicken. And asked if we needed anything. I said yes, plates and napkins. I forgot to ask for soya sauce so she had to come back to bring the soya sauce. She came back and asked if we wanted any refills. My son said yes, a Coke, (what he originally ordered) she came back with ginger ale. And she apologized because the restaurant doesn't give refills. Cans or bottles is what they sell i suppose. It came time for our bill. I paid for it. She realized they she left off the drinks. She had to come back with a separate bill for the drinks. She did say it was her 2nd day of working there. It wasn't that busy. There was one other family of 3 or 4. I saw the delivery person go out on two separate deliveries. One guy picked up his food, a woman picked up her order. A family walked in and bought a dock for their young child. Atmosphere rated low because for lack of A/C inside.

We enjoyed the food here at Dragon House! Not the most authentic Chinese cuisine, but nonetheless quite tasty. We appreciated how the flavour was not overly strong and the food came with plenty of vegetables. For meat lovers, this restaurant may not be ideal, but we really enjoyed the vegetables. The rather gaudy decor and lack of air conditioning was rather off-putting, though. All in all we enjoyed our meal here.

The food was amazing! It wasn’t too salty and there were lots of vegetables which were made in a way that actually tasted good. All dishes were delicious. The serving sizes were large and good-quality but prices were inexpensive. Would go again for sure!

🤮Greasy, salty, taste like was made two days ago. Small portions and expensive. The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in 50 years.🤮

Got take out. Had fried rice, almond chicken, and green beans in black bean sauce. Well the beans i got were raw as if i picked them off the shelf in a grocery store myself. Almond chicken was bland. The only thing close to good was the fried rice and it was marginal at best. I spent about 60 bucks on this choke and puke and it wasnt enough to feed 2 of us.Would definetly recomend QF over this any day.

“Extremely disappointed with the service. The representative displayed zero customer service skills, came across as dismissive and rude, and cut me off when I tried to explain my concerns. Rather than listening and understanding, she seemed confused and uninterested, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Her behavior felt discriminatory, and the entire experience ruined my day. I am still upset and deeply unsettled by how I was treated. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.”

When the girl asked who is this food for i said i ordered it for this person. The phone number she had wasn’t the one i updated calling after when i changed the order. I also mentioned I will be coming to pick up the food sometime after 2:30-3:00. Instead waiting she called the person and said i just called the mom? Who is mom what and where she came from left me thinking whAt is she talking about.
I never said give me the food. I said i am here to take food. You can see in your camera how your person cut me off was rude and took other person over me. When i was trying to talk she cut me off and kept on saying you wanna pay you wanna pay? I bought food for someone else if it was for me i could have left it as is after being treated disrespected. “Never judge a book from its cover” we always read it and being treated as this today did leave me unsettled. Also i never wanted to argue the way you talk the way you get response. Stay calm and let other people talk as well when you are given time to talk. Thank you for your time

We ordered from Dragon House for the first time in several years. We got 4 items that totalled $70.
The Szechuan beef looked like beef chop suey, mostly vegetables, with 4 pieces of beef. When I called, they admitted that it is beef chop suey with some Szechuan sauce on it. That is definitely not what we were ordering. The chicken balls came with the smallest container of sweet and sour sauce that was was at most 1/2 full. So really enough sauce for 1 chicken ball. The honey garlic pork had almost no taste to it and was chewy, very chewy. The chicken chow mein was fine.
I called and they offered to replace the beef dish or give us a credit. I chose the credit, but I doubt we will be ordering from this restaurant again.
