Drive thru- Ordered a BLT egg bagel meal and 2 Benedict hollandaise muffin meals. The bagel came without lettuce and tomato, the Benedict muffins were mushy due to not being sufficiently toasted. We did not recieve any napkins in our bag. The meal was a disappointment and we had already driven away and parked in ferry traffic so we did not go back to complain.

I went to the drive through yesterday paid for my order with my CC when I got to the 2nd window they told me it didn’t go through. Made me tap again I asked for a receipt for the declined transaction they told me their system doesn’t work that way. I told them they must have charged me twice. They insisted that wasnt the case. I checked my bank card and they double charged me. Just like a thought. Must be some sort of scam. How can they not produce a receipt?
They totally ripped me off. I felt like they were doing that to me and I was right. I won’t be going back ever again. They are scammers and thief’s

My mother and I went for lunch here, and it was absolutely disgusting. There was trash all over the tables - it was very hard to find a table, there was dust and hair clumps on the floor, salt spilled all over tables, and a swarm of flies near the trash. The worst part was that it wasn’t busy, so the staff could have came to clean without any issues, but didn’t. At least the food was okay, but it makes you wonder how disgusting the kitchen must be.
Not sure what happened to this location, been coming here for 30 years past year has been awful. Poor service, being ignored at the cash register trying to order, food thrown in the containers falling apart, orders wrong, ZERO customer service, if you cant staff it, dont have it.
