My mother and I went for lunch here, and it was absolutely disgusting. There was trash all over the tables - it was very hard to find a table, there was dust and hair clumps on the floor, salt spilled all over tables, and a swarm of flies near the trash. The worst part was that it wasn’t busy, so the staff could have came to clean without any issues, but didn’t. At least the food was okay, but it makes you wonder how disgusting the kitchen must be.

Went to A&W after staff garbled what were maybe words at the drive in speakers, switched staff and then argued about their menu items. I went direct to the window where they did the same thing. Incredibly easy and quick service at A&W right across the road. Do not go to this McDonald’s unless you want your day ruined. 😡

This is the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever seen. We came here on vacation, and on our first visit, we ordered takeout. The chicken patties were completely burned—we had to throw the food away. We decided to give it another chance, thinking maybe it was just a mistake, and while the food was okay the second time, we witnessed something even more disturbing: staff were handling customers’ food with their bare hands.
This is basic food hygiene—employees should never touch food directly without gloves or utensils. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place was terrible, and the attitude of the staff made us feel like we were a burden just for being there.
We understand that working in fast food can be tiring, but customers are still paying for their meals and deserve decent service and properly handled food. Very disappointing experience.

I wanted a happy meal, but I got an unhappy meal. All I wanted was the Minecraft meal and their communication was not clear. I ended up with a kids meal. NOT MINECRAFT. They eventually gave us our meal but acted all sassy towards us. I am very unhappy
