We had River City Coffee Roasters, Bakery and Eatery cater our team lunch during a long strategy meeting, and it was a total win. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention given to allergies and dietary needs across our team. They also offer delivery (for a fee), which made the whole process incredibly convenient. Delicious food, easy logistics, happy team. I highly recommend them for any catering needs.

I was in Powell River for work for a week and this was my go-to place for lunch and a coffee. Incredibly sweet and kind staff, tasty food and drinks, and lovely atmosphere. The effort put in to inclusivity is clear and I felt super welcome as a queer person. Thank you so much for making my lunch breaks great!

Great gluten free muffin, excellent matcha and coffee, quality gluten free toast, lots of gluten free options and very conscientious about food safety for Celiacs. Really kind service. Very helpful with my complex food sensitivities. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the way the eggs were cooked. The server kindly gave me the replacement I asked for.

It feels like a local gem.
People who work here have nice and kind vibes, and it looks very cozy inside.
I personally didn't like the coffee beans I bought from the cafe.
I saw the beans at a local supermarket and I came to the cafe to get fresher beans. It was $8 more expensive but I think it's worth it to get better beans.
To be honest...It was the worst coffee I've had in a while 😔 I'm thinking maybe I should use them to make chocolate covered coffeebeans or something.
Next time I want to try their coffee at the cafe 🙂 I don't have pictures, but it looks very cozy and relaxed inside. For reading or writing. 😌🎧

Amazing coffee – truly a delight! The food was absolutely delicious as well; I can highly recommend the breakfast burritos and the berry smoothie bowl (can’t remember the exact name, but it was fantastic!). The service was great, too. If it weren’t so far from home, I’d come here every day!
