Absolutely terrible!!!? All the way around from walking in with low expectations to walking out still hungry with no food or service ?. I went in at approximately 12:25 pm on Monday mar 18/24 ( lunch time )And I kid you not there was 2 STAFF on in the whole restaurant. 1 cook in the back, 1 woman up front working the til/counter area. AT LUNCHTIME...A SUPPOSED BUSY TIME. Anyways there was a couple sitting down waiting for thier food, one person standing waiting for her order, roughly 3 cars in the drive thru and me, and 3 other guys standing, waiting to order. Long story short 2 of the other guys left as now the counter person went into the back to help the cook and now NO ONES UP FRONT. the 2 sitting down finally got thier food, the lady standing was still waiting by the time I left and 1 guy was left waiting after me. After roughly 20 minutes she finally came back out front from the back and she apologized to us. I said " I just want you to know that I'll be the 3rd Person who leaves now from NO SERVICE AND WAITING. IT'S LUNCHTIME ON MONDAY AND YOU HAVE 2 STAFF ON. 2! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!!!! NOW I'M NOT MAD AT YOU, AS SHE SAID SORRY AGAIN, I SAID IM MAD AT YOUR OWNER & MANAGER who's incompetence led up to this ". Now to the OWNER I HOPE YOUR READING THIS. READ VERY CAREFULLY OK.... Word spreads very fast about poor places to eat and especially high prices for way below sub par food. This location should be closed. Lol heaven knows you wouldn't have many displaced EMPLOYEES HAHA. Now I came in here because I was owed food from a previous botched order and I had time to kill. But not that much and I definitely did NOT want to sit and watch 2 staff struggle while you still make money. DISGUSTING!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. Believe me when I say I will be contacting Corporate with my issues and I hope this owner and store gets the SLAP OF REALITY IT SORLEY NEEDS TO WAKE UP AND REALIZE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS ALL THE GRASS FED, NON ANTIBIOTIC BEEF OR IMPOSSIBLE NOT BEEF WILL ALL BE FOR NOT AS WE'RE NOT BUYING INTO YOUR TEEN BURGER BS ANYMORE!!JP

An always empty parking lot is not a positive sign.Ordered two burgers that were the same, but they were made differently.Barely any onion rings in packages.Incomplete ingredients in burgers.Not worth $50 at this location.

Received this fine specimen of a buddy burger during my most recent visit (which will certainly be my last ever to any A&W). The front counter staff offered us a new burger without showing much concern that they served us a moldy burger in the first place. We opted to refund the buddy burger instead. I’ll never come back and I’ll make sure my friends and family know not to come here either.

Had to wait an extra 8 mins for chicken to be cooked but when we got it home 5 mins later it was not even hot. Clearly not freshly made. A&w has been consistently raising prices and lowering food standards. :(

Fires with a side of fentanyl?Stopped for breakfast on a recent trip. A&W is my go to for breakfast when I travel - breakfast special is fabulous.When we arrived the local constabulary was dealing with a drug addict outside - these things happen.Go inside and another addict is wandering around, completely out of it. 15 min later the local police picks up some of the garbage from outside and in comes junkie #2. They take up residence in one of the corners while the three tables of senior citizens (excluding us) try to ignore them or can't help but stare.Lady at the counter was very nice, but the lack of management addressing an obvious issue is of concern.I recognize I know very little of the full story, but if I were a franchise owner (or oversaw franchise owners) I know what my expectations would be.On leaving we noticed it looked like a fire was lit by the front door.

I am tired of these fast food chains cheaping out on their burgers. If I order a teen burger at one a&w it should taste the same at the next.....yes? They should all have a certain franchise standard to uphold???? This a&w does not meet that standard, and I will never return.
