The past three times we have gone to our local a&w and tried to order the frozen cold brew and frozen root beer, both with sweet cream. Each three times they have given either two cold brews or two root beers. The first time we just brushed it off, the second we went to another location to get the correct drink and the third time, we decided to just tell them it’s the wrong drink and asked for them to make it again. Instead of just going to correct THEIR mistake, the employee whom I didn’t catch the name of, began to argue and say that we ordered two frozen root beers when we very clearly did not. We said a frozen cold brew with sweet cream and a frozen root beer with sweet cream. Not a frozen cold brew with rootbeer as she repeatedly insisted we ordered when we were both VERY sure we didn’t say. She tried to explain how to ‘properly’ order the drinks and what flavours since we apparently didn’t specify (sweet cream is the flavour btw and we did specify), which was very rude and then finally told us that she would ‘make the drink but…’ very, very unimpressed with this service.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp with 2 handicapped parking spots, mind you sometimes they tell people waiting for their ordrrs to park there to wait.😪

Service always been great here and of course the workers don’t set the prices but wow is A&W unreal pricey these days. I can literally go to a butcher and pick up 4 premium steaks and toss them on my BBQ for less.

Must be careful with this location. Many of the workers do not know the value of Canadian money and mess up your change drastically.
Always very patient, kind people working the drive thru.. and I love me a burger for breakfast.. so you can't beat that !

Ordered 2 combos to go, ordered at the counter. Watched the guy who made our onion rings handle the actual cooked onion rings with bare hands. Told front staff (who apologized nicely and went to get new ones). Cook got very angry and was arguing about it and refused to remake. Saw top 2 onion rings go in garbage, the rest went under the heat lamp (to be served to someone else?). Counter staff made us a new order, only reason I didn't give 1 star. Cook took garbage out, with bare hands. Getting really tired of staff constantly not speaking English in matters that concern customers, in front of customers. They didn't know we understood them, if they did, maybe they'd stop talking about customers in front of them, and wether or not their hands were clean...
