This place made me stop going to A&W for years, and then I go here for the first time in 6 years and they still can't get an order correct. This a problem unique to this location, every other A&W in the country can do orders in less than 10 minutes and have them correct.

Whenever I get the good fortune to be served by who I think is named Jessica (very polite well mannered blonde girl with glasses) I am extremely impressed with how great her customer service is and I always leave thinking OMG that was a wonderful experience what an awesome worker she is. Please give this girl a big raise and some recognition because she's doing your restaurant a huge favor by working for you when she obviously could do so much better. GREAT JOB JESSICA THANKS FOR YOUR TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

earlier around 11p.m I went and got a mama burger combo and asked for extra pickles, and boy they sure delivered🙏🙏 I'm happy to have received around 10 pickles on my burger 🫶🫶

Worst burger place in Prince. Had a BLT chicken crunches combo for$18. Fries were cold, tiniest piece of lettuce ever, no mayo, thinnest slice of tomato, ( I think they took a slice and sliced it in half) not even half a slice of bacon, (I think they had to put that on there for legal reasons!)..... I didn't get any ketchup, not even one napkin, so salt, and no pepper. I'm so disgusted in how the service has gone from OK, to absolute minus 💯 !!!! Also their drinks are warm, and they don't gone out ANY ICE. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ICE MACHINE ! I'm SURE if you asked for water, they would serve you NOT cold TAP water ! DISGUSTING.... I'M OUTRAGED. NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK, ALSO, going to tell all my friends not to go there any more

Clearly need to make sure the dips are in the bag before leaving , this is the third time I have got chicken strips got all the way home and no dip.

sign says drive through open until midnight- there were workers inside visibly trying to hide from us at 10pm to avoid serving us
We went a total of 3 times. 1st time we got buns so stale you'd think they were toasted. 2nd time same thing and the food was cold. Now this 3rd time they parked us, no problem places get busy. Then they gave our food to another waiting customer. I can understand a simple mix up, but their truck was red ours was blue. Save yourself some money go else where.

I always prefer drive thru, newest Masala Veggie is a hit. Only concern is “always waiting time on my order”… It’s not a big issue, but I’d love if I can get my order without waiting… Maybe hiring more staff? Or adjusting staff in peak hours can make it better.
