Went there for breakfast lady working there was rude and wait was too long didn’t want to go back there again and our toast had way too much butter on it workers there should be fired if they don’t wanna work

Had a disappointing experience at A&W today. The older lady at the counter was rude, had no customer service skills, and even slammed our tray down. However, two Indian girls—one at the front and one in the back—immediately apologized. They’re always so friendly and welcoming, unlike the lady at the counter. Management should take note of who’s providing good service and who isn’t.

We just went in the afternoon. While ordering we saw that manager has no manners of customer service was showing too much attitude to customers and was behaving so bad with crew members.

The onion rings were super greasy, the iced tea tasted nasty (as if no one ordered it in years) the workers were whispering back and forth and I can see why no one was there yesterday. Please if you don’t want soggy, greasy onion rings with gross iced tea that taste moldy do not come here it is not worth it.

Only 1 other person in line. Asked for a teen burger with onion rings and a coke. The girl at the till told me it would take too long to make the onion rings. I said no problem, how long? She said it would take too long and I couldn't get them. She had a Terrible attitude.Had to wait 17 minutes for a basic teen burger combo. The burger was cold and thrown together terribly.Save your money and go elsewhere. Especially if you are on lunch break at work, you won't even have time to eat.
