We just went in the afternoon. While ordering we saw that manager has no manners of customer service was showing too much attitude to customers and was behaving so bad with crew members.
The onion rings were super greasy, the iced tea tasted nasty (as if no one ordered it in years) the workers were whispering back and forth and I can see why no one was there yesterday. Please if you don’t want soggy, greasy onion rings with gross iced tea that taste moldy do not come here it is not worth it.

Only 1 other person in line. Asked for a teen burger with onion rings and a coke. The girl at the till told me it would take too long to make the onion rings. I said no problem, how long? She said it would take too long and I couldn't get them. She had a Terrible attitude.Had to wait 17 minutes for a basic teen burger combo. The burger was cold and thrown together terribly.Save your money and go elsewhere. Especially if you are on lunch break at work, you won't even have time to eat.

What an embarrassment this location is to the A\\u0026W name. Excruciatingly slow service, no sense of urgency from the employees all. Food is poorly prepared. Your eggs in your breakfast sandwiches aren't anything like other locations. My favorite fast food restaurant and your location just makes a mockery of it. Zero stars.

When it was not busy at all in the mall they still took 10 minutes just to make the worst wrap i’ve seen. don’t go here unless you’re wanting to wait a year to get your food. 1/10
