Had a disappointing experience at A&W today. The older lady at the counter was rude, had no customer service skills, and even slammed our tray down. However, two Indian girls—one at the front and one in the back—immediately apologized. They’re always so friendly and welcoming, unlike the lady at the counter. Management should take note of who’s providing good service and who isn’t.
When I lived in Prince George, I rarely attended any of the fast food restaurants on a regular basis. Sitting here and reflecting on this now, it really is quite remarkable that I wasn’t a glutton for the likes of A&W, McDonald’s, Burger King or Wendy’s, especially given that I lived in a small community sans fast food chains. Environmentally friendly with paper straws, biodegradable packaging and antibiotic free range meat. Probably the best fast food chain in Canada as they are way ahead their competition with the environmental stance. Though a&w isn't as busy as McD's ( because people think McD's is cheap, but the prices have gone up dramatically!!). So overall best quality fast food restaurant hands down in every fast food category. This however does not apply to the a&ws...
