Worst night staff at this location. Extremely rude, arrogant and filthy. Especially that short heighted Asian girl. They should mind their own businesses, take ur orders properly and serve correctly. I waited in the line for more then 10mins received stale and cold food. I don't know why she was using her phone during the shift. Disgusting

“I had a really disappointing experience at this A&W. I clearly informed the staff about my food allergies, but the food still contained the ingredient I mentioned. This could have led to a serious health issue. Allergy safety should never be taken lightly. I hope A&W trains their staff better to handle such situations responsibly.”

Decent. The new sweet cream rootbeer is lovely. The onion rings suck now tho, you're better off hitting Dairy Queen if you need an onion ring fix.

Over the years they have removed more and more items from menu. Food is better than most fast food. My beef with this location is the refusal to add ketchup to your order even though you ask and ask and remind. This is not a one time issue but has happened many times. The food here is not too shabby, service is hit and miss depending I guess on who's working. Food prices have really skyrocketed over the past few years, not only here but all fast food places,better bring your coupons. The menu selection over the years has also shrunk taking off many favorites like chubby chicken, whistle dog, root beer milkshakes etc. 😮💨 But of all the fast food chains A&W is still my favorite. The frosty mugs of rootbeer, onion rings and teenburgers are my goto in a hurry bite to eat. Also check out their apple pies way better than the competition.

Made a mobile order. Was told at the window they were out of sweet cream and had to accept a regular frozen root beer instead. There is a small price difference but that's okay, they can keep it the extra.
