Over the years they have removed more and more items from menu. Food is better than most fast food. My beef with this location is the refusal to add ketchup to your order even though you ask and ask and remind. This is not a one time issue but has happened many times. The food here is not too shabby, service is hit and miss depending I guess on who's working. Food prices have really skyrocketed over the past few years, not only here but all fast food places,better bring your coupons. The menu selection over the years has also shrunk taking off many favorites like chubby chicken, whistle dog, root beer milkshakes etc. 😮💨 But of all the fast food chains A&W is still my favorite. The frosty mugs of rootbeer, onion rings and teenburgers are my goto in a hurry bite to eat. Also check out their apple pies way better than the competition.

Made a mobile order. Was told at the window they were out of sweet cream and had to accept a regular frozen root beer instead. There is a small price difference but that's okay, they can keep it the extra.

Food was awful cold fries chicken that had been well past the time to serve, shame on you. For the price of the food it should be fresh not sitting for hours . Would not recommend this place, I ended up throwing everything away as I didn't want to get sick.
8:30 at night parking lot garbage can was overflowing. The issue was addressed and was told by the employee that the garbage can would be empty a.s.ap. The next day the garbage can was in the same state as the night before? Not cool.
