waited 40 minutes plus for a pork kabob which ended up dry falling apart and just plain disgraceful. I would post a photo but it's not an option. 5 pieces of pork. halfway waiting asked for my money back and she refused saying it was ready. 15 other people's orders were taken and given. first time trying it and will never again! poor poor service at hit to pass!

Waited over 40 min for a burger and fries at the fair and while other people got their food that came after us..... refused to give a refund kept saying it was coming up next.... meanwhile you had 3 people sitting on their butts laughing and joking. Only when people started demanding their money back did the rest actually start working. Oh and to top it all off. The burger was pink in the middle. Never again.
