Did a Skip order for the first time tonight and we were very impressed. We ordered the "Lovers Combo" which included choice of appie (several great options we chose saganaki) and full souvlaki dinner; Two, beautifully seasoned and tender skewers, rice pilaf, greek potatoes and greek salad & complimentary pita/tzatziki.I didn't read the fine print and ordered a separate portokalopita (cake) to find one was also included with the combo!All together with delivery...
This place honestly earns its 5 stars from me. Food is consistently delicious (the keftedes meatballs are to die for) and service is above and beyond. Had an order from skip where my greek salad was missing and i called the restaurant to let them know. They offered to just drive the missing food to me so i didnt have to go through the refund process on the skip app. Lady on the phone had awesome customer service and was so sweet and apologetic i felt bad for complaining at all....
We pre-ordered thru Skip the Dishes, the food arrived on time and had great flavour and large portions. We realized some of the order was missing, and I called the restaurant. I got wonderful customer service and they sent to rest of our order out right away. It came hot and fast. I would definitely recommend the souvlaki and keftedes. ?
