Been coming to this restaurant for three years and I love it! The menu is great (even food I don't think I would like, I love it at BB) , the selection of local drinks/ beers is great, and the atmosphere is lovely. Staff are professional. The weekly deals and happy hour specials are awesome.

Holly was very welcoming and attentive at the bar. Her recommendations were honestly perfect. We could see she truly cares about creating a good experience just with all the little details.
Chef Warren had created an entirely new menu for Valentine's. Every dish felt well balanced and curated for the evening. I saw him personally checking in on guests throughout the evening. Holly also had her touch for Valentine's with edible flowers to certain drinks.
It's rare to see this level of effort from all staff at the same time. Very grateful for the experience and will definitely be back for more.

Last night we had the most incredible meal I have ever had in Prince George. We enjoyed the Valentine’s Day 3 course meal from Chef Warren and went home with leftovers. It was a meal for 2 for $110! Usually that’s the price for 1 person for a really fancy dinner!
The meal started with falafel encrusted lamb chops, the entree was a huge ribeye, scallops, vegetables and croquette. And dessert was pistachio and strawberry cake.
They even had a promotion with a local florist and we ordered a bouquet that was ready for our table when we arrived.
The team at Betulla always knocks our socks off. Thank you for such a lovely evening! ❤️

Had a great meal here on a recent work trip. Awesome pizza oven and warm space. Menu highlights were the fried chicken, pizzas, Korean pork pasta and Italian donuts. Great service and a solid wine list. Also made a good negroni, definitely recommended.

From the service to the food to the atmosphere, this was the best dinner experience we have had in years! Our server never missed a beat and took care of all our needs, and did so discreetly so as half the time I would find my water filled and I didn't even realize it. When we ordered a pizza and didn't quite like the flavour of it (not due to the cook's fault, but ultimately ours for not recognizing the cheese being put in the pizza), without hesitation they put together an entirely new pizza for us, free of charge! We did the couples dinner where you get a 3 course meal (appetizer, two mains and a dessert) and we had enough left over for lunch the next day. Food is amazing, quantities generous, easily our favourite restaurant in all of PG. Thanks Betulla Burning for a night to remember!
My family and I went to Betulla tonight to celebrate a birthday. Upon entering the restaurant I was pleased to see how busy it was, and how cozy all the decorations looked. *BUT as we were being led up the stairs to our reserved table, we were immediately hit with a wall of heat. Not pleasant heat at. We couldn’t shed our layers fast enough, only to still be obnoxiously warm. Within minutes of sitting at the table, we were all visibly wiping away perspiration and were all uncomfortable with how hot it was upstairs.. Fast forward to our entrees. Everybody but myself ordered a pizza, which everybody seemed to be pleased with. I ordered the Beetroot Quinoa Salad, no pumpkin seeds, add chicken, and I genuinely couldn’t be more disappointed. In the menu, the salad is advertised as “heirloom beetroot, quinoa, arugula, feta, orange and candied pumpkin seeds.” What I received was a salad that contained about 3 different ingredients that weren’t specified on the menu (strawberries, blueberries and what appeared to be apples?). Now this wouldn’t be an issue if I had been notified about the additives WHILE I was placing my order, because then I would’ve been given the opportunity to say “no please don’t add extra fruit”.. To receive a salad with ingredients that I didn’t want, or that I didn’t even know would be in the salad because it *wasn’t advertised, and I *wasn’t notified, was frustrating. I shouldn’t have to ask my server for every ingredient, it should be listed on the menu! And if there’s substitutions you *need to tell your customers! What if I was allergic to strawberries, blueberries or apples? Not to mention I the beetroot was hard as a rock, and very unappetizing.. Our server checked on our table every now and then, but she was so busy she was only ever by for a couple seconds at a time before she was gone again, so I never truly had the opportunity to mention my dissatisfaction.. My whole meal was a dud. I don’t intend on returning any time soon.

Amazing pizza I got the margarita with a house wine and it was exactly what I was craving. Soft and crispy yet perfectly chewy crust and their home made ranch is on point. Thank you all for the wonderful experience, I definitely recommend trying if you are up in Prince George
