Booster Juice

Just visited Booster Juice and had the best experience! Alex was super friendly, full of energy, and really knows his stuff. He made the perfect smoothie with such a great vibe – it honestly made my day! Love this place even more now!

So the one of the glass spill by mistakenly and instead of giving me the another one she weirdly says pay again don’t recommend that place even everything happen in front of them!!!!

I love booster juice. But one of the employees at this location made me cry. She got really mad at me because I didn't say I had a mobile order. I didn't know I had to say anything. The way she handled it was unprofessional. She doesn't have the customer service skills. And seeing the other reviews I think a lot of people agree that the employees at this location can be not very nice.

Jan 10, 2024 - 6:05pm ordered a coco crush along with 5 other booster juices. I’ve had the coco crush many times. Took one sip and it was straight liquid with no ice, the colour was off and it tasted weird, could not drink it. Brought it back and the worker said to come back in 5 min when her coworker was back from break. I threw it in the garbage and went back in 5 min. The other worker would not make a new one and told me it was made fine. I didn’t want to argue with her so I ended up paying for another drink that was made properly. I take the kids to booster juice once a week and have for a while with the same drink order. I have not had a booster juice that I couldn’t drink in the past, something was wrong today.

The girl with the shoulder length hair looks like she hates her life and job. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with. She obviously doesn’t care about her job or customers. Get a grip.

The girls over there hardly respond or reply to anything just because I am different colour and race or doesn’t mean they will act racist and ignorant I am saying this becouse they greet and treat other people nicely and this has happened with me quiet a few times now this was my last time here I bought my smoothies

the girl with the shoulder length hair and the glasses is genuinely such an awful employee. I’ve asked all my friends and family about their experience with her and they all say the same. She’s genuinely so unpleasant and literally looks like she wants you to go up into flames right in front of her instead of serving you. I will see her laughing and talking with her coworkers but as soon as there’s a presence of a customer, her attitude completely changes and looks like she would rather you die than be there. Genuinely so shocked she’s had this job for so long. As I’m seeing I’m not the only one who’s written a review about her …

Wow! My wife and I came here to grab quick smoothies before we went to watch the sunset. Delicious smoothies! My wife got the Mango hurricane, while I settled with a Matcha on my mind. Would highly recommend both of these drinks!

We ordered 4 drinks, but when we decided the drinks we took the menu card. At that time there were another customers as well and they were looking for the menu. The lady with black huddy, she said very rudly about the menu card. I'm also working in a food court but we are not allowed to talk to our customers the way she talked to me.
