Ordered take out twice in the last week. Multiple items were missing each time. Bags were stapled and numbered correctly and yet items were missing, including kids meals which is honestly worse having to scramble to make something when we weren’t planning on having to. Won’t be ordering again.

I have ordered and dined in many times. Last night the food was awful. I ordered a lasagna(classic). It was definitely frozen lasagna and not the BP signature dish. The Fish Tacos were great.

About the third time I've ordered from here, and im not satisfied, again. My caeser salad didn't come with the extra dressing I asked for (again). Not to mention doesn't even have cheese, and maybe a total of 6 bacon bits. Lame asf.

I haven't been to BP in a long time. My partner and I traveled far and hungry. Ordered ribs. Wish we didn't. I'm shocked they're even allowed to serve them. I can purchase Lou's ribs from a grocery store and make better. Seemed so cheap. Not meeting restuarant quality expectations. Will never purchase them again. I also regretted going with the coleslaw, which I was excited for. If I knew it was that bad, I would have chosen a different side. The server knew I wanted the slaw too and didn't even question why I didn't eat it. The server didn't even ask how the food was. I felt uncomfortable having to bring it up. The server asked how we were, while walking away. So couldn't converse over it. We were too tired from a long day to even bother. However, the garlic mashed are good. I wish I went with the spaghetti and meatballs. However, the ribs were so bad, I don't know how other items are.... worried to waste our money again.

Food is good, service is good and it's a little on the pricy side. Love the Boston Royal the pasta dishes and other menu items. Can get busy at times.
Parking: Lots of parking should not be an issue.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots and wheel chair accessible.
Food, amazing. Service was absolutely wonderful thanks to the nice gentleman, Phil. What a wonderful waiter and hot, fresh food, we will definitely be back. Thanks Phil and all the best to you.

Placed an order for a nice night with my wife, pizza wine and beer. When you order, be sure to know 40 to 45 minutes is "said to everyone" what they really mean is an hour and a half. Then they mess your order up not even punching the order in correctly. What a joke, clearly indicated what we wanted and confirmed the order. Then after waiting an hour and a half for everything order was wrong. Service at BPs has gone down hill, your servers need some training on taking orders and communication. We would have made other arrangements for our night. Just lost a customer at this location.
