Purchased over 110 worth of food on Nov 17th for daughter in law's bday - We were missing an order of all meat bits chicken, we were shorted cactus cut dip, and other dips we requested and on the receipt, SO we called to have refunded and they said we have to come in, we requested a refund and they. said we will have manager call to get this looked after and ghosted. Actually we were shocked. We gave a few weeks as we thought maybe they would make the wrong right.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My wife and I sat down with our toddler. Afyer sitting for 20 minutes a couple walks in and sits down. There drink order was taken immediately leaving us still empty handed.
After speaking with a server requesting service. This other couples food order is taken still leaving us empty handed . After speaking to a server again requesting for service. We are again overlooked.
This all with a restaurant that is 1/3 full.
Pathetic service. Not to mention the restaurant is dirty and the tables are sticky.
That will be the last time we go to a Boston Pizza
I ordered on Monday 11/03 ending a hungry carnivore and a smoky mountain spaghetti meatball. It was a to go order and I live only 2 blocks away. I got home and the spaghetti was cold and the cheese weren’t even melted yet.
I’m taking the plastic container it self is cold and I poke my finger in it it was cold….. not warm, not room temperature. Cold. My hungry carnivore was luke warm.
If we’re gonna pre made to go orders, can we not at least heat it up properly. Is one thing to know you just heat it up, and an entirely different experience to KNOW and SEE it.
$60 for pasta that’s not even heated up. Very shocked and disappointed

I travel for work a lot and when I get into a town I’m not all to familiar with BP is always my go to safe option. Unfortunately this BP is not that safe option, the hostess was very friendly, service was alright, they didn’t have rum, ordered the Thai wrap and one half didn’t have any sauce and the other half had all the sauce and no chicken.

We received our food ,,Our pastas were cold and the pizza was colder. My son received his food later and his little pizza was burnt. The waitress didn’t check on us once basically paid $100 for a bunch of cold food somewhat disappointing.

We have been going to Boston Pizza for years after church for lunch. the food is good but the service is just so terribly slow. we went today and it was very busy. there seemed to be only 2 people serving so I am sure this is why the service is so slow. we had 3 grandchildren with us and it’s not very fun waiting so very very long for the waiter to come back and take their dessert orders. also he asked us if we wanted a refill on our coffee but then didn’t bring it. It then took a very long to to get the bill and to pay it. He was very nice and I’m sure it wasn’t his fault as it seemed he was serving in all the areas of the restaurant. They need to get more staff to handle the people, otherwise we will think twice about going back

Will not be back. Do not recommend.
Tables were so sticky the menu/napkins litterally stuck to the table and could not come off without ripping and peeling. Was told it was the new finish, either way it was rather disturbing. The place felt really dirty. Trash cans in the bathroom overflowing trash on the floor and subpar food. They charged 4$ for a side of ranch, half full dipping cup on a 35$ pizza. Server was good but this place has gotten worse and worse everytime we go. For a chain restaurant you should save your self the grief just go to the other one by central.

The service was terrible. Our waitress was unfriendly, never smiled, and didn’t check on us once during the meal. We were even charged for a pizza bread we never ordered. I had to walk to the counter just to ask for dips. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience won’t be coming back.

I had the best service at Boston pizza on a pasta Tuesday night, it also happened to be a trivia night that they hosted and I haven’t had that great of drinks in such little time made by the most kind genuine people I have ever met, they had asked us about our time here in Prince George and made great small talk with us with casual jokes here and there! Love Boston pizza shoutout to both faiths, Ashlee for hosting, and Hailey for great giggles. 100/10 will be back and I encourage everyone to go atleast once:)

This restaurant isn't very clean. The table was sticky, the menu was sticky, there was garbage on the floor. The food was slightly below average. The service was good but the waiter had dirty fingernails. We had an extra item on our bill that we did not order so check your bill before paying. I've been here previously a few years ago and don't remember it being this substandard. We will not go back to BP.

Love the food and went in to get some pizzas around 8:30, they told me they were closed due to “technical difficulties” while I watched food get served to other tables, seems to be a trend of closing at 8:30 lately
