I am very happy with BP's service. When I called to order a large number of pizzas on short notice because our caterer seemed to fall through, the folks at BP made it happen fast. The pizzas were great. Thank you, Boston Pizza!

Waited for 55 minutes for waitress to come back, she did not return to take my order. The Hostess kept saying she will be right with you. I paid for my Pepsi and left. I went to Mr Mikes next door and it was fantastic. Too bad, I used to love Boston Pizza. We were just saying last week how Boston Pizza was so great, now? I think they maybe need new staff in some locations.

The audacity it takes to send out a $15 piece of cake looking like it was not only cut horizontally in half (it had been) but then also had someone mulch two spoonfuls off the tip before sending it out the way they did simply embarrassing... I know the restaurant industry very well, spent 15 years in it. That would have taken 20 seconds to make right and have it packaged nicely. The take out aspect makes this dessert that much easier to have done correctly.

We called in 30 minutes before we arrived to get a table set aside for us. We were seated in a timely manner, we got our drinks quickly. It took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come back to get our food order (we have 3 young kids who are hungry) then we wait for an hour for our food to arrive. The kids food arrives hot, our pizza arrives 5 minutes later and it’s Luke warm. We finished our dinner and waited another 45 minutes for someone to come give us the bill. Other tables around us were being served but we were completely ignored. Eventually we went to the front desk to pay because the one waitress was non existent and the other was chatting it up at another table. For the first time ever, we did not leave a tip on our $127 bill. Absolutely awful service. Next time we will just go to Earls for good food and quick service.

We had a disappointing visit to Boston Pizza. We found lemon seeds in one of our Pepsi drinks, which made it clear the glass hadn’t been cleaned properly and person poured drink doesnot really need customers. We forgot to take picture. It was gross and unhygienic. When we complained to the staff, they didn’t apologize or seem to care instead looking at us and laughing. You can find garbage and sticky floors. Definitely not what you expect when dining out at a standard Canadian Restaurant. NOT RECOMMENDED, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED.

When we complained, the staff didn’t apologize or even try to fix the issue. Makes me think twice about eating there again.
