We did the mobile order and though the order was correct it was really bland. We normally get the impossible burger from Triple Os when we're in town but decided to try BK as we used to go often when we lived in Langley. We were so disappointed we'll probably never go back. There was almost no sauce, the onions were nice and fresh but the lettuce was limp. My husband had a whopper and same for him, very dry and bland. There was also no salt on the fries.

.. I ASKED FOR A FRESH MADE BURGER AND MY BUN WAS SO DRY.IT WAS TERRIBLE. THIS IS NOT THE NORM FOR BURGER KING. I TOLD THIS TO the manager AND SHE WOULD NOT REPLACE MY BURGER EVEN THOUGH IT ONLY HAD TWO SMALL BITES OUT OF IT. SO rather than arguing with the manager . I JUST GAVE IT TO HER. I SAID YOU KEEP IT, i won't be eating it ! . ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN EATING AT BURGER.KING FOR OVER THIRTY FIVE YEARS IN PRINCE GEORGE. BUT THAT LOVE AFFAIR HAS SADLY, COME TO AN END BECAUSE OF THE WAY WE WERE TREATED OVER A DRIED OUT BUN ON MY WHOPPER . . ( Poor business ethics) Ps ...The last two managers that ran this burger king treated my family amazing ,but sadly the current manager seems to have an attitude and does not possess the kindness or skill set of her predecessors.

That spongebob meal thing sucked what was that pineapple fanta when I got it my ice cream was all melted and looked like someone sat on my burger could tell it was rushed the corners were ripped and the crabs tressure was cold I honestly hated it I would never recommend it to anyone was honestly garbage I wouldnt even feed it to anyone stick with what you know stop adding crap to the menu

I am not impressed. I ordered my meal and it was delivered by Skip, but there was no drink and when I showed the Skip Guy that there was no drink he’s like not my problem. Call Burger King.. I called Burger King and they tell me not their problem. Talk to Skip.
Seriously when somebody spends that kind of freaking money on food, people should make a part of their business to do proper Customer Service I am pissed

Bk in Prince George, BC is terrible! Ordered in the drive-thru and was told to park and they would bring the food to us. Waited 10 minutes, finally went in to see where are food was. She was just heading out with it. She handed me the bag and of course there was a missing fry. I stood at the counter explained the missing fries and waited. As I was standing there I noticed how dirty the cooking area was. I mean filthy! I wouldn't be back! The whole experience was terrible!

Well yesterday being mother's day I decided to indulge on the BOGO mother's day whopper unfortunately the app decided to stop working and was told that they can't help no code no deal was pretty upset that a chain like burger king has the kind of customer service that one can only say was poor at best. The lady that took my order didn't even know what I was talking about she said we have no deals today lol. Maybe educate your staff and have them aware and train in customer service. When a person wonders why isn't burger king more popular hmmmm well maybe because the lack of pride and ethic . Anyways to my fellow eaters maybe try somewhere else I know I will be.

Plain and simple, lousy food. If you think the meals are great, then you haven't been to a fast food joint in a long time. Recently ordered a Quarter Pounder King only to have it look like someone sat on it. The patty is smaller then the bun, lack of onions and wimpy looking lettuce. Doesn't look anything like the pictures advertised, but you already knew that too! QPK is a poor rendition of a Whopper and the fries taste like cardboard. So, what ever happened to the burgers? BK's big selling point was their flame broiled burgers but it's been years since I've tasted that flavor. Now the meat patties are tasteless and boring. No more smokey flame broiled flavor. Keeping the products longer in warmers is the cheap and easy way to go. Yummy! The staff can be somewhat friendly and if you decide to eat-in, you'll never need to worry where to sit. Sorry Burger King, but you get two thumbs down.
