Buster's Pizza & Donair

I just ordered a Super Donair and was very disappointed. The Donair had way too much sauce and minimal tomatoes and was not appropriately wrapped, resulting in a big mess and the onions, lettuce, and min tomatoes at the bottom. To top it off the Donair was cold.

If I could give -100 stars I would. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:31pm. Got there at 5:40. I was the only customer in the store. No one greeted me. Went to counter 2 girls working. Called one over. She was miserable and barely spoke English. Turned and went to back without saying anything. In 20 minutes at 6:00 emerged with my order. Called my name incorrectly. Said nothing as she handed my order to me.

Why does it take over 40 min to make and bake a small pizza and cook 8 wings... And why would the staff be ok with sending out a cold pizza after I waited 40 min for it... I'll be happy eating somewhere else...

I 5 star only the chicken wings..because I have only had those. But they are thr best...freshly fried and not those mushy wings.

Not terrible, but not great. A lot of sauce. Most likely to cover up the fact that the meat was dry and precooked, but was unsuccessful. The wings were acceptable I suppose, would not order again. Honey garlic is the pre done flavour from a jug. All in all I would not return, but could finish the meal.

Extremely professional and friendly. He went above and beyond helping us get the best deal for what we were looking for, even walked our order out to the car when we came back to pick it up. ( he had it ready for us in less then 15 minutes) highly recommend!!!

Somebody posted this review with my name but I have never eaten here in my life. This review is a lie. No idea of this place is good or bad, but I just wanna say this wasn’t me.

‘Ate here and both of us got MAJOR food poisoning and were incapacitated for DAYS. I strongly recommend avoiding this place’

Ordered from skip the dishes, food was over an hour late, called the store, food still hadn't been picked up, it was just dying under the heat lamp. The driver was finally reassigned and instead of making the food again so it's nice and hot an fresh, tells me I can call skip, and put in a complaint and then he will remake it. Well I've already waited an hour, as if I wanna wait another hour for the second order to show up. Not very good service. Not sure why you would want to send your old food out the door, but ok.

They won't deliver to the Hart.

Pizza looked fine but do not bother with the “donairs”. Hard to call them that if you’ve ever had an actual donair in your life. Hard pass, won’t be back. Didn’t even finish it, lesson learned!

i ordered and paid for extra cheese. did not get it. was not hot upon delivery. i was so impressed the first time. but won’t order again without some resolution.
