It was my first time visiting Carl’s Jr, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience. The woman working at the front was extremely rude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. First, she gave us the wrong order, and instead of apologizing, she displayed an unprofessional attitude for no reason. She definitely needs to work on improving her behavior. Thank you.

This was my first experience at Carl's Jr. I found the food, service and atmosphere to be very similar to Wendy's or Burger King. The prices were slightly more than the competitors and I personally prefer Wendy's. Overall, Carl's Jr was a good experience.

I usually come here for the poutine's because they are alot better then other places, but lately they have been forgetting to add bacon to my order when i ask for it. Its a bit annoying but not the end of the world, but today i went and got my poutine with a 3pcs chicken tender and they didnt put the chicken in the bag but i got the sauce. I understand that everybody makes mistakes but its disappointing when your order is always wrong or incomplete.

Recieved coupons in the mail, went before the cougars game, worst chicken burger ever. The burger had mayo slopped on both sides of the bun and a piece of grilled chicken on it. There are many fast food places for burgers, would not recommend going here. Maybe coupon burgers are less quality, the fries and pop were fine.
