First time trying a Carl’s jr because I received discounts coupon by mail from them I took the western bacon cheeseburger combo at the drive thru I fist taste the fries and they was very good and crispy so I was really excited about the burger Big disappointing burger was not tasting good at all the meat and all the rest taste what you can espect in a cheap pre wrap hamburger you had bought in a gaz station and reheated in a microwave not at all à tasty fresh make charcoal hamburger

For a fast food place, I really enjoyed their burgers and sides. It's a bit more pricier than your average fast food chain, but like they say, you get what you pay for. This place is a bit higher end for those not concerned with getting a cheap meal.

I have never been so disappointed with the staff the management we had picked up an order and the food was so cold And all the managers said was it was too busy to get the food out there in time and that it was not her problem that she was not going to do anything about it This not even an apology for horrible food

We travelled through on our way home from Alberta. We do not have Carl’s Jr in Kamloops anymore so needed to stop and have a taste! Even better than I remember it from several years ago. Everything was HOT and delicious, the patties were cooked nicely and not covered in grease. Our fries were so fresh and delicious…? 10/10 meals for us!
