If ur a Godzilla fan, the Skar fries here are so disappointing. Not even the same looking as on the menu and hardly any seasoning on them (see picture 1). If I wanted plain fries, I would have ordered them. How sad.I went back to have them fix my order (second picture of fries). Same thing. Do they not understand this is a false advertisement? Change the poster or make the food right according to the ad. Thank you.Alternatively, instead of tossing them in Cajun spice, they could presoak the fries in franks hot sauce before baking. Then, I would believe the fries to be monstrously spicy. Cajun is not spicy. Disappointed customer out!

Ordered through skip received the food on time. Everything I received was past its use by time the patties in the burger were dried so were the Jalapeño poppers the cheese inside was dried and the edges were burnt same story with the poutine old sogy fires. Called to complain about it the manager automatically assumed I am calling for refund was very passive aggressive would not listen just tells me to call skip and hangs up not even ready to accept the mistake starts blaming the skip driver to which I informed her that I tracked my order all throughout and it was not him. I believe once they have established a steady revenue customer satisfaction and feedback can go for a toss very disappointed. The staff needs extensive retraining in how to handle customer complaints to improve as a business and show courtersy towards fellow citizen and customers.

I recently visited this branch of Carl’s Jr. and was quite impressed with the overall experience. The hamburger was delicious, especially considering the reasonable prices. The restaurant itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the employees were friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a tasty and affordable meal option.

The service was great, the staff brought or takeout orders to where we were seated, they smiled and wished us a great evening. The food was awesome as well! The chicken strips were juicy, not at all greasy, the crisscut fries were crispy and the chocolate milkshake was to die for! My new favourite go-to fast food place ?

The food was cold and the service was poor. We told the manager that the food was cold, and she said “it’s fresh off the grill and is the cheese melted? Then the food is fresh hot” we ate in the restaurant and were very dissatisfied with the service and quality will not be going

First time trying carls jr. The burger was fantastic, but that's about it. 1/2 our order was wrong (admittedly I didn't check all the items in the bag before driving home, but 3 of 6 items not as requested is really disappointing)
