went to this location after a long day of Uni. I went through the drive through and got 2 California chicken sandwiches (the regular chicken sandwich with caramelized onions, roughly 15$). when i got the sandwiches, I noticed they didn't put on any of the onions. looking at the receipt, they put in the sandwiches wrong. i went inside, explained the issue, and after 5 minutes instead of just giving me some onions they made me two new burgers and told me to keep the originals. so i got 4 burgers out of it, and the burgers always go crazy. nice to see good customer service in the hart area, much better than the McDonalds when it comes to fixing mistakes.

Very friendly service even when I showed up just a couple mins before close. Food is always hot and correct and store is very clean
I spend 80 on 4 meals, when I get home I am missing 1 burger and 3 fries. When I call, the manager is an ass blaming it on the employee's being to young and no experience. I don't have that problem when I go to McDonald's, BK or Wendy's. This has happened 2 out of the last 6 times I have gone there. I am sure i am not the first person this has happened to at the hart location.

Fantastic Burger options. Very good chicken sandwiches. Cost more than Mickey D's but very good value when you use the coupons that come in the mail. Atmosphere only gets three stars cuz I've never been inside and let's face it, it's fast food.

First time at Carl's Jr, Its very clean and a nice fast food restaurant. The services at Carl's JR is quick and polite.And I mean quick on placing orders and in your hands, ready to devour, like a mama bear. Absolutely loved my first visit and I will visit again. The services and food is a 👍two thumbs up👍 Plus, you get these cute little star ornaments or toys. I collect stars. So, I was happy with my toys teehee!🤩
