I dont know what this specific store did to the ingredients but it is lacking flavour and spice compared to other chicko chicken restaurants in BC; it was fine end of June 2024 when we had it but as of this date (Sep 2024) the chicken tasted so bland and basic that dare i say it even KFC tasted better

the chicken is very nice. however i've had crispier korean fried chicken, the flavours are balanced and complex, perfectly spicy. great food, but far too expensive for the portion imo.

Touch money and cleaning products didn’t change gloves and still wanted to serve me. Absolutely disgusting gloves in the garbage touching food. Do not eat here.

The worst Chico chicken outlet I have tried.i travelled from Smithers to Prince George just for Chico chicken as I loved it when I ate it in Vancouver but was very disappointed with their service as well as their chicken. I called them at 6 to place an order telling that I would reach around 9 and she was like we close at 9 pm so can’t accept order. I called back at 8 again saying I’m reaching at 8:30 so please get my order ready, again she said we would accept card only. I was okay with that but the food was uncooked. It was gross. I didn’t even eat the 2nd piece from my order.i have attached pictures for reference
