She tried to hide a mistake on my bowl, instead of just telling me about it and/or remaking it. I asked for cheese on the side, and they hid it underneath the other ingredients, and then gave me a second one on the side to make it look like cheese wasn’t on it. Have some integrity.

I had such a great experience at Chopped Leaf! The staff and representatives are amazing always welcoming, working with a smile, and making the ordering process so easy. They explain everything in detail, which makes it such a positive experience.
The atmosphere in the store is wonderful, very clean and inviting. I especially love their salad bowls and wraps they’re fresh, healthy, and always make me feel good after eating. They also have lots of options like sandwiches, quesadillas, and amazing dressings to choose from.
As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that they offer so many vegetarian and even vegan options. It’s not always easy to find such variety, and everything tastes great!
This place has become my go-to spot, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Today was our first time in and we were met with friendly faces, patience, and kindness from the team working this morning. The gentleman at the counter asked clarifying questions to ensure our order was as expected. The woman preparing our order also ensured we had cutlery for our take away order. The food was delicious. In my hunger, I neglected to ask their names, but am grateful for their attention and stellar hospitality this morning. Thank you!

Stopped in while travelling, excellent meal for reasonable price and a great alternative to burgers and fries.

We ordered a ceasar and bold buffalo bowl. Firstly, the ceaser bowl had maybe 2 cut cherry tomatos, a sprinkle of cheese and the rest was just salad. There was absolutely no rice and no croutons. The second bowl (bold buffalo) was just as bad. We asked for grilled chicken and even paid for it but it was never added to the salad. There was next to nothing in that bowl as well except for lettuce and sauce. We were so disappointed. We don't want to pay $40.00 for lettuce. We will never revisit the Prince George location again!! Disappointing taste!!

I ordered the Mediterranean salad twice, but both times I received a bowl with rice instead. I even confirmed the order with the customer service representative, but the same mistake happened. This has been frustrating, and it’s why I’m leaving this review. Please pay closer attention to customer requests to avoid these issues in the future.

Just wish salads were different sizes small med or large like it was a while ago. Cobb salad was good but I felt too much lettuce

Came in tonight and hadn't been in since they changed their menu. I used to order the Pegasus, but i guess they got rid of it so the cashier recommended the Mediterranean since I specified that I wanted a salad with kalamata olives. This may seem picky, but the reason I order this salad is for the olives. I'd choose another one if i knew they didn't have any olives left. But i got home and there was zero olives in the bowl. Called the store and asked if we could potentially get a credit or a remake of the salad with olives, and the girl on the phone replied 'Oh yea. We have no olives.' , to which i said that would've been nice to know as then I wouldn't have spent $12 on a salad I didn't want, to which she said, 'I didn't know that until I made the salad.' Not sure if the manager is aware of this customer service but I hope they will make a change after this. Relatively minor issues that could've been solved way easier.

Foods amazing and for at least when I visited in person everyone was cheery and nice so that's always good. I have to admit thought my singular and slightly petty issue is that it was quite hot sitting in there on a day that was rather hot outside as well. But that's a miniscule issue I'll admit. It wasn't too bad, but as someone who can't stand the heat, I'd have hopped a restaurant like theirs to be at least cool and refreshing.
Food is - 10/10 so in the end I can still 100% recommend them.

I have not been to the chop leaf in quite a while but I have to say i really like the fact that they don't ask you to build your own order anymore... I found that aspect annoying... So I really appreciate this change... I like just being able to order something and get it now... And just like I remember it's delicious.
