I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. I placed a pickup order through Uber, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, I finally reached the restaurant. One of the employees told me that someone else had already taken my order. How is it possible to give my order to another person without even checking the order number or customer name?

This is completely careless and unprofessional. I wasted my time and money because of their mistake. The staff did not handle the situation properly or take responsibility. Very disappointed with the service. I will not order from here again

We went there yesterday with my friends. The food was amazing and the service was great. Our server “Sanampreet” was very attentive, friendly and polite. She made our experience better and made sure we were comfortable during our visit. We will definitely back soon and recommend to all my friends!

I order shahi paneer with naan paneer is too salty and naan is too hard to eat plus in desert I order flooda it is too bad in taste like it is old packed it is just waste of money seriously I didn’t recommend anyone to eat here such a irresponsible staff and tasteless food.

Very slow service, staff kept forgetting order,had to remind again and again.

Amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the spices were perfectly balanced, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. We will definitely visit again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered food on Uber Eats on last Sunday. Half of the food was uncooked and the other half was overcooked. This has happened before with me once. I called the restaurant and they didn’t even apologize or try to help, they just told me to complain to Uber Eats. Even after the Uber complaint, they did nothing. The customer service is terrible and they clearly don’t care.

This place doesn’t deserve a single star. We waited 30 minutes just to place an order, then over ONE HOUR for staff to come back and confirm what we ordered. That’s beyond slow — that’s pure laziness and mismanagement.
No communication, no apology, no explanation. Staff looked completely clueless and didn’t care at all. If you can’t take orders or remember them, you shouldn’t be running a restaurant.
Total waste of time, energy, and patience. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else — even fast food would be a better experience.

We ordered the biryani & kadai panner & both were amazing

Ordered food and Sanampreet was so nice and she went above and beyond for helping me out.

The okra, shahi paneer and Hyderabadi biryani were all amazingly flavourful! The mango lassi had rose petals, toasted almonds and coconut on top, and the biryani had ‘dum’ layer on top making it extra delicious. Nice ambience and great place for parties!

My opinion was good like staff was kind but take so much time to take orders. I have to wait for 30 mins or more than 30 mins but the food so so good , I really like it and the atmosphere , the music in the background was good making the atmosphere cozy , I really like it

Very disappointed with this restaurant. They served extremely old food, and when we brought it to their attention they refused to accept their mistake. This is completely unacceptable for any place serving customers. Would not recommend at all.
