First time going in, and last too. An older female employee was glaring at me the whole time I was in there, she was so aggressive and rolled her EYES at me when I asked a question. The scones weren’t even that great for all the verbal abuse I went through to get them.
Kid-friendliness: Don’t bring a kid here, unless you want them traumatized

I went in to pick up a pack of baked goods. My wife usually gets a pack with a few things in it, and I wanted to surprise her with some yummy treats. I asked the lady at the till, if they had a little sample pack and the lady abruptly says "NO!" Very confused and thrown off guard, I asked "What is different about today" and she rudely replies "because we're busy.
By now the atmosphere in the place was sucked dry, and super awkward. I said well my wife usually gets a sample pack with a few things in it for 15 dollars. After that the young man tries to make light of the situation, and presumes to say 'they/she assumed i was begging for free stuff."
Not the first time we've had horrible customer service from this lady. Not very good when you to try to start you day with something so sweet and are greeted by something so bitter.

This is a hard review to share. My husband and I live out of PG and frequent this store when in the area. We went into the store this past Saturday and the woman at the counter looked frazzled and unapproachable. We picked out some scones and I was just about to order some bread and she came to the counter. Before I could say anything she said “ you stink, your perfume is awful. I can barely stand here and ring in your order”. I was embarrassed and shocked, she was so aggressive. We left without purchasing anything. We took a couple hours to regroup our composure and went back to speak to the manager. The same lady was at the counter and as we approached her, she said “what do you want”?
I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wasn’t there I asked for his name and number and her name which is (Laurie).Laurie must of thought we were hard of hearing because she yelled out her name and proceeded to spell it out, first and last name. Her coworker was standing right beside her in shock.
She then got verbally abusive again saying we were trying to get her fired and did I want her job.
I’m 62 my husband is 67 all we wanted was some bread.
I’ve tried reaching out to the owner no response.
I’m not sure if this woman has mental health issues but I hope she gets help.
I used to love coming in here to get the white chocolate raspberry scones, but the service has gotten worse and worse. The manager is horrendous and very unprofessional. He is always showing customers a half-moon, which ruins my appetite. There was one really nice staff member, I think his name was Evan, but I don’t see him anymore. Hope he got out of that place.

I come here way too often, everything is always 10/10, garlic pane de casa baguette is probably the best bread you can get in town. The croissants are fantastic with much superior quality than anywhere around here, wish they had discounts on multiples of them
Friendly and fresh breadA place where new bread is made every morning
Best bakery around. Consistent and predictable for quality and selection. Lemon blueberry scones are to die for!!!

I love their ham and cheese croissant, it is my go to place for breakfast breads
My go to place for fresh safe bread to serve myself and family
Good selection of baked goods , fresh everyday. Love that they donate everything at the end of the day to local charities.
Great breads but even better scones and other pastry treats
Delicious sour dough!! Still fresh and slightly warm when they bagged it for me!
