Service was fine. Pleasant server. Food portions ample. Filled the chinks. But I didn't want a restaurant. I drove by many of those to get here.
There is a certain charm that you can only get from taking a part of your brewery floor, hammering up a few plywood walls, countertop bar, throwing out some tables and stools, putting on some Fleetwood Mac, and selling your beer. The brewery vibe. That's what I was counting on. The location downtown had that. This is a Tap & Kitchen. Not a brewery.

Good, fast service. Had the calamari to start and a pulled pork sandwich. The absolute best pulled pork I've ever had. Coming back for sure.

Stopped here for quick beer and something to eat. The guy serving us noticed we were watching baseball and offered to put sound in for us:) I thought that was very nice! Thank you! We enjoyed the beers as well.

Haven't been in here for a while and its not really doing very good. Right at noon today there weren't alot of tables filled but we had to wait for bartender to get us a seat. Fine they looked kind of unorganized everything cant always be perfect. After we sat down finally a girl comes out of the back and brings menu's but after that 3 other groups came in, got seated and ordered before anyone came back to ask if we wanted a drink or to order. My wife was ready to leave and we really should have.
Before someone even came to take drink/ food order a table that came in after us got their orders! Finally got to order drinks and our food and drinks sat on bar for 15 minutes after bartender poured, he finally brought them over but all the while waitresses meandering about looking like there's a gas leak in the back and all were on the verge of c02 poisoning.
Then to top it off food finally came and was like microwave meals luke warm! That's it for x-roads in CH.

The food was excellent during my first two visits to this place.
However, the service could definitely use improvement.
On my third visit, I gave up after waiting over 10 minutes for a table — even though there plenty of empty tables.
And I am patient.
A family with two small girls gave up before me.

Over an hour wait for food, with next to no help from the servers. You have to track them down to be served.

We had a great experience this evening thanks to Ella! Despite having a busy section with several tables, she managed everything with ease and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The food was delicious, and her service was attentive, friendly, and professional. Ella truly elevated our dining experience, thank you!
