I noticed a pricing discrepancy at this store. The Dairy Queen mobile app listed the Buster Bar box at 15.99 CAD, but I was charged 21.49 CAD for the same item in-store. According to pricing regulations, customers should not be charged more in-store than the price displayed on the official app for a pick-up order. This issue has been reported to the Dairy Queen head office. Please double-check the pricing. The staff's behaviour was so arrogant and aggressive.

Here are two photos of two different cakes. For how much I pay for these ice cream cakes, I wish they wouldn’t have hollow spaces in them so often as picture one shows. Also, I feel like there should be more vanilla ice cream in the second one pictured?
I arrived before the closing time and the drive-through window sign clearly said OPEN, so I assumed they were still operating. I waited at the drive-through with no response, then waited at the window for about 5 minutes. When a staff member finally came, I was told they were closed. It was very confusing because there was no indication they were actually closed. Poor communication
Always makes my chocolate extreme with pecan blizzard to perfection!
Took my kids there for ice cream, the person taking the order couldn't understand the simple order. Two cones, one dipped one plain. Handed my son a tiny cone with almost no ice-cream on top then a regular size one also plain. I told them I didn't order a tiny cone. I need a regular sized dip. I had already paid, they begrudgingly gave me my sons dipped cone then tried to charge me a second time! I told them Im not paying for youre mistake 😡 then she starts in trying to give me some speech about how this wont happen again. As if I didn't place a simple order then pay an outrageous price already. I sure's hell wasn't paying a second time for something I didn't ask for

The service was absolutely horrible. The quality of the desserts was pathetic. Management tried to bribe myself, and the person I was with, with Dilly bars to apologize. We never accepted the bribe or the apology. We refuse to go back to the location anymore

Half stupid when taking orders. Had to tell em four different times for the order. Teller was so slow making 2 blizzards. Other guy had three different customers served by the time mine was ready

Pretty standard quality. Location is due for some renovations.
Everything was good but no wheelchair access which also means no stroller access. We had to carry it up the stairs.
Ordered an ice cream cake for my child’s birthday. It said happy “Bithday”. Had to argue with staff to have it fixed and by the time it was handed back melting. Decorations were sloppy, felt rushed. Ordered a royal blizzard this evening, the toppings and filling only went 1/4th of the way down the blizzard and 3/4 was plain ice cream. That’s the 4th time that’s happened to me over a year’s time. If you’re lettering a cake at least google your spelling or delegate it off to someone else, if you’re mixing ice cream please actually mix the ice cream.
Went in with my family, had a smarties blizzard that was poor quality. I told the staff who referred me to the manager, who told me it was “impossible”. I had taken 2 bites of the blizzard and told them right away so I could get one made that didn’t taste like mold, and instead I was ridiculed for it. I believe her name was Deb, she needs to work on her customer service. Very disappointing and uncomfortable situation.
No free cone on free cone day. We were told to download the app, but then the promotion wouldn't load.
Also, single cones are twice the price of other comparable franchises.
