when i was sitting for our weekly beer up last night i witnessed a worker that come into the salarium to clean she had a spray bottle of cleaner and one rag … she proceeded to spray the bench and then wiped it down then sprayed the table top and wipe it with the same rag i told her that was yucky and she should have two separate rags and she ignored my suggestion and continued so my advice is if you use a table i would wipe it down prior to believing it’s been cleaned

The staff were so great while helping me with a sort of last minute birthday cake order, it was a slab cake with dinosaurs and cotton candy blizzard filling. It was DELICIOUS!!! Within 24 hours it was done and we received a call when it was ready. Amazing staff, so friendly and their willingness to help me was so much appreciated. Thank you!!!

$8 blizzard is a rip off when it isn’t even full. First time it was barely filled to the top, the second time it was 1/2 inch below the rim of the cup. So disappointing! Be better

Horrible customer service. Bought an ice cream cake about week ago paid over $30. Found the vanilla ice cream to have a very sour flavour like it has gone bad, and I’ve had my fair share of ice cream cakes from them. Went to exchange it for a new cake and they told me that it has been over 10 days so there is nothing they can do. Didn’t even try to make it right.

Who ever was working the drive through could barely speak English and when I ask if they understood my order they reassured me it was correct. By the time I got home I realized it was completely wrong and I wasn’t able to eat it.

Disappointing again. Location has consistently gone down hill. They can't even manage warm fries. I miss the old DQ.
Considering many, like myself, started at Dairy Queen when we were children. Modern comparisons may not be fair. However, when you can literally count the fries in the bottom of your $16 chicken strip baskets, we have a problem DQ! Add the stray black hair, the belligerent manner in how issues are dealt with when we spend the time and gas money to request accountability for said lack in standards. I hope things can improve, operationally speaking.

I usually find it frustrating to communicate with the staff when I go here. It is what it’s. The pic below… I don’t even know what to say. Ice cream melts so I asked for lids as it is a drive through order and I have to drive home. I have say that corporate dq needs to come up with a blizzard lid solution or train their employees.
