Used to go for happy hour all the time (lived very close), and I never had a bad experience. I had one small error where I was given the wrong drink and without barely a finger lifted it was made right. That level of caring is lacking in a LOT of places nowadays.
Absolutely amazing experience today for lunch with a friend. Our server and the Manager went exceedingly high above expectations after a small mistake was made. True quality service and just phenomenally above expectations. Thank you very much and we will be back!!!

I ordered the exact same burger in Kelowna and it was amazing. Here, the patty was like an overcooked bwef patty, not an Earl's chuck party. Bun was soggy, and the solution offered was a new bun to reduce the amount of BBQ sauce and sog. It was really upsetting to spend...
