December 14 2024. My husband and I ordered foods and young women step front of us, my husband asked her if she ordered food and she told us no I am a friend of the cook that wears the glasses! Then my husband said if you not order food could you get out because we are waiting for our foods ! She told us that ours food is not ready yet so she wanted to talk to her friends first and she was getting very rude to my husband. Your cook didn’t tell her to leave while he prepared ours foods. I don’t know that you allowed you employees to talked to their friends while they are cooking foods for customers or not. Please fixed this because my husband and I won’t go ordering at Edo Japan at pine center mall anymore. P.S this isn’t the first time until they friend very rude to us. So I have to let you know.

This was the worst sushi I have ever had. The rice was mush and the seaweed was slimey. I ordered take out, but if I ate in I would have sent it back. I wish I could give 0 stars

Went to order for my daughter, seen the one guy go to the washroom with his gloves on. He comes back with gloves still on. So I tell him as he took over the cooking and serving my order told him I don't want it anymore because he never changed his gloves. He says it's OK I washed my hands. Told him that is not ok when working with food and when he uses the washroom he needs to change gloves. Will never eat or order from there again.

Super slow! 4 guys hanging around looked busy running around but basically did nothing. Waiting 25 minutes from lineup to actually getting my food. I was the third person in line. Meat guy keep cooking the meat that’s already cooked. Veggie guy running around trying to make a drink. Two other guys just walking around trying to clean or something. Finally the veggie guy start cooking then I got the cooked meat from sitting on the side for the past half an hour. Frustrating.

The food here is always exceptional, no matter what you order. Always fresh and customisable. Excellent flavors, appealing to the eye and a great little show while they are preparing your order! I gave the atmosphere a 3 as the location is inside a malll foodcourt and it just depends on the other patrons in the surrounding area wh may or may not be patrons of this food establishment.

I ordered one thing, extra beef and chicken no veggies or mushroom. Got veggies anyways and no chicken? Food and sauce is fine but if I they don't bother to serve what I order then I'm not sure if that matters.

Used to be great has gone really down hill tonight i went down they said they were out of chiken but they just didnt want to cook more 2 hours before close they messed up the orders and when i told the cook there was not supposed to be mushrooms he fliked some of them off over the grill said good good and handed back and refused to do anything else i was not gonna case a seen in the mall but never buying from there again.

I ordered sumo size and my gf ordered regular size, when we got our order, they were identical in portions. I got charged $4 extra and didn’t get what I paid for.
