The service at Fatburger was good, but the food really missed the mark. I ordered boneless chicken wings and specifically asked for sauce on them. I expected the sauce to actually cover all the chicken, but instead it looked like they just dumped the sauce on top and didn’t even bother mixing it properly. It came out looking lazy and unappetizing
Because of that, most of the pieces had no flavor at all just plain, dry chicken with barely any sauce. It was so bland that I ended up throwing away half of it. For what I paid, I definitely expected better quality and more effort

The burgers can be quite drippy with grease, and the menu is confusing with all the sizes. That said it’s a pretty good burger. Service at this location is excellent. Note: they do not have breakfast as claimed in Google.

We've been to 3 different locations of fat burger and this one is by far the best. When we walked in the door we were greeted already by the two staff working. We gave our orders and sat down. We ordered two burgers and a poutine. Our food didnt take long for them to make. Flor served our food who just started her shift. She was really friendly and a small conversation with us. When we finished eating, another staff came to ask us how our food was. The food was great and the staff working were amazing.

Ordered for takeout. One chicken sandwich and one bacon cheese hotdog. When I get home I noticed they made the wrong hotdog so I phoned in stating that it was incorrect and they seemed to be skeptical about it. The best they could offer was a free hotdog for next time.
I told them I don’t want a free hotdog for next time and to make it since I’ll be driving back to the restaurant. Arrived at the place and no apologies and no offers just “here’s your order”. Furthermore, food was cold.
I don’t like the experience I’ve had and not even worth to go back to this location.

This place is amazing! I am currently doing the carnivore diet, and they have nailed my meal multiple times. The service is so friendly, and so helpful. Great stop for some fast, excellently cooked food.

Super location. This was my 6th or 7th visit here. The staff at the front (till) have always been friendly…generally…good vibes…so with good vibes you know the food is gonna better than “average” and this place was amazing…and the food (we are vegetarians) has always been really good. The last three times my son and I fell in love. The Pattys are cooked just right! And as usual … I used the bathroom and it was clean…and the premises was all clean! Parking in the plaza is good as well… the 6 or 7 times I’ve been here I always found parking. Hats off. Great manager. I’m assuming I saw the manager three times and they were so nice and down to earth. Love it.

We went to our neighborhood fat burger on 32 ave ne calgary and were greatly disappointed. Which we have been going to for years to have a supper out last night only to have the worst meal ever. Looking past the fact that the restaurant was dirty the food we were served was far below what we have had previously at this location burger was tasteless and fries with gravy came with large grease clumps from bottom of pot which had been burned gross two bites was enough ,onion rings over cooked stuck together. We will never go to this location again we should have stopped as we walked in to dirty food every where on floor table sticky.
