I went there for lunch on a Sunday. The customer service was exceptional and the food was fresh. The table is being cleaned after customers left. Very good service and dining experience in just a fast food restaurant.

I like this place but I find the owner is always too fast to hand you the tap, the system almost seems rigged to have you pay for a tip. It’s hard to get out of the complicated tip setup and most just end up paying with the owner breathing down on you.

Love this place! The staff are so welcoming here. I accidentally spilled my coke inside the bag and the chicken wings I ordered got soaked with it 😅The lady (I believe it was the manager/supervisor) was so nice and she said she would me a new batch! I felt so bad but I’m so grateful she offered something like that. Great service!

Love the food here, can see they are making the burger using fresh meat patties instead of the frozen ones used by most elsewhere. The only reason we do not visit here that often is the price, it is a bit over priced, just like Red Robins. it is just a burger after all.

10/10 Food establishment — tita flor was such a bright hard working, welcoming person. Her customer service was absolutely exceptional, she made our stay much more enjoyable. We’ll be coming back here again. Also food was so fresh, and soso good, it came out so fast. Would definitely recommend!

The service at Fatburger was good, but the food really missed the mark. I ordered boneless chicken wings and specifically asked for sauce on them. I expected the sauce to actually cover all the chicken, but instead it looked like they just dumped the sauce on top and didn’t even bother mixing it properly. It came out looking lazy and unappetizing
Because of that, most of the pieces had no flavor at all just plain, dry chicken with barely any sauce. It was so bland that I ended up throwing away half of it. For what I paid, I definitely expected better quality and more effort

We've been to 3 different locations of fat burger and this one is by far the best. When we walked in the door we were greeted already by the two staff working. We gave our orders and sat down. We ordered two burgers and a poutine. Our food didnt take long for them to make. Flor served our food who just started her shift. She was really friendly and a small conversation with us. When we finished eating, another staff came to ask us how our food was. The food was great and the staff working were amazing.
