They are one of my favorite burgers, and especially this place the time I went the customer service was super good, fast and effective. The only thing is that if you love the fish burger here I didn't see it on the menu like in other branches that do have it. From then on everything was super good. It doesn't get crowded to eat there, so you eat quietly, and the staff is constantly cleaning. ✨?

I will say I have been here a couple times, the burgers are cooked to perfection, the tenders are AMAZING, staff is always friendly. The downside is it is very expensive so if a customer spends $70 for 2 people it is disappointing when they ask for extra honey mustard to get told that will be an extra $1.

Burger on a diet…I saw this place opened up in the new plaza on 104th avenue. I believe the last time I been to a Fatburger was about 5 years ago?This fatty joint was pretty easy to spot and there were plenty of parking spaces. The interior was freshly furnished, feels like most Fatburger places.Here were the food I ordered;1. CB deluxe combo (added fried egg). It was okay, always like to add a fried egg to my burger. Personally I would prefer uncut lettuce over shredded lettuce. All combos come with bottomless fountain pop, I didn’t know that.2. Side of gravy. Very generic but I prefer any gravy over ketchup.3. Hawaiian cheese burger (added fried egg). It was okay but could be even better if the pineapple slice was seared a bit more.4. 6 buffalo wings. The wings were okay, very southern style buffalo style flavour with that aroma, however it was a bit dry. (Yeah looked a bit off from the menu picture).This place has a very causal atmosphere with a sense of cleanliness which is good. All orders are placed and paid at the counter, given a number and when the food is ready the staff brings the food to you.The staffs here were friendly and informative of the food when brought out.As for the food, the burgers were pretty stacked and the rest of the food was okay but certainly has room for improvement. Nevertheless, A LOT better than the Gordon Ramsay burgers I had (when Ramsay feature his burger joint on Restaurant Nightmare, I want to stuff my face with Fatty burgers in the background).Anyways, I think I tried out most of the burger joints in the lower mainland already except for Manzo burger, but needed to work off this Fatty diet first….

I’m not sure if I heard correctly but I paid an order for takeout inside the place and usuallly for take out I don’t tip much , what’s everyone’s opinion of this ? And also I swear I heard “bad tip” as I placed my order and paid. Burger was mushy and fries were soggy.

Such a nice place with nice and attentive staff with full energy. I went there today around 4:30 pm and they treated me so well. The food was amazing. Service was brilliant 10/10. Washrooms were clean. They even offered me to refill my drink. And served me on table and came to pick the trash too. The thing that was on top for me was the team working on line they all were brilliant.

Everything was SO good! The customer service in this location is BY FAR the best i have ever been in any fatburger location. Everything exceptional, clean and the food REALLY well done.
I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with the cajun curly fries, and it was amazing! Burger was very juicy and seasoned well. Fries were fresh and crispy with a good amount of seasoning. In addition, th3 sevice here is very nice. They provided great table service by serving the food to my table and offering drink refills.Overall, this Fatburfe has great tasting burgers and fries. And a great plus because of the great service!

There is a terrible stink like urine and sour like smell as soon as you enter the entrance. Really off putting. I believe this is caused by using a dirty old filthy mop to clean the floors. As a former cleaner I have experienced this before. The floors are also greasy. Perhaps the entrance matt is also adding to the smell. Please clean the restaurant correctly. Other than that, the food is decent but overpriced. They have a really good hot dog though which is nice. Customer service is usually good here.
