Service was horrible, food was bad!
Found hair in food from the front desk (wasn't wearing a hair net) and after arguing for a new meal they only gave us half of our order! We ordered 12 ate 3 before noticing the hair and she gave us 6 back! Never going here again.

Awful experience. We ordered curly fries and 12 honey garlic wings. The curly fries were good, but 3 wings in we noticed a giant hair from the worker (not wearing her hair up or a hair net). We asked for a new batch of wings and she tried to refuse saying we had “eaten half of them already”. WE HAD EATEN 3. Not to mention there was a hair. The flavour was disgusting so we tried to ask for a refund, they only offered to get us a new batch so we got a different flavour. The woman comes out and slams SIX wings on our table… no apologies or anything. We should have gotten a whole order or a REFUND. Do not recommend.

Ordered a bacon and cheese with fries and gravy to go. Got my order, got home, and I had my burger, but they gave me some spicy shit with jalapeños. Lol didn't know the definition of fries and gravy was THIS whatever this is. Yall are lucky I tossed my receipt, as I thought I had my correct order.

I guess next time I'll speak SLOWER for the cashier as English is most likely her 2nd language.

Gave a 2 star as this is my only bad experience (so far).

Just stopped there to pick up dinner and go after being on the road for 11 hours. Didn't check order before going but guess I should have because my son's burger didn't have cheese in it and it was only to have cheese and ketchup. My meal was ok but I have definitely had better from other fat burgers.
Very disappointing after along days travel definitely will skip it when come back in another 2 weeks.

Pricing with Fatburger is a tad on the higher side, in my opinion, however the level of service you get is far beyond that of a standard fast food chain. The milkshakes are definitely a hit too!

First time eating at a fatburger. What impressed me was the freshness of the ingredients from the lettuce to the bun and the meat. Probably one of the freshest burgers I've ever had. The fries were crispy and delicious and the price was good. Their baby burger is about the size of a regular burger anywhere else. Will definitely be going there again
