We ordered in and sadly, it wasn't good at all. We ordered 7 dishes and every single dish was cooked in what tasted like stale oil. Not a single one was enjoyable—they all had the lingering taste of the oil. Very disappointing. The person taking the order and the delivery driver were lovely and helpful, but after spending the amount of money we did for something we found unpaletable, we won’t be ordering from here again.

My bf n I ordered over 100 dollars worth of Chinese food on Aug 30th. It was delivered. I had asked for 5 or 6 dishes. One dish was honey garlic boneless pork. WE DID NOT get honey garlic pork. Instead we got tiny pieces of dry salty garlic pork. Extremely dry. One dish we ordered was ginger beef hotpot. Without white white onions. Just green onions. Upon arrival it was ginger beef with all white onions. The person who took our order was demanding in the way he needed his questions answered. So all in all the food was flavorful. And the delivery guy was so kind! So our other 3 dishes were good and what we asked for. It'll be a while before we order here due to not getting what we ordered. Jackie n Brian.

Not worth the money
Their food tasted old and two of us didn’t feel good afterwards.
Ordered spicy prawns chow mein and 1 ton soup for pickup. For some reason. The Charmaine was overcooked and mush. The spicy prawns we're hot but flavorless something was missing. This is probably the first time this has happened to me because I am a regular and I order here religiously. Possibly a new cook or something but it really isn't very good I can't give this a honest good rating with food like this. Needless to say nobody bothered to eat it. Threw it in the fridge. Disappointing when you're spending $60 and really looking forward to a good feast of Chinese food. There has to be a little bit better quality control of some type. Anyway the food is usually really good here so I'm not sure what else to say I just hope that it returns to the way it was. I'm praying this isn't the new Norm. Or his family is done with take out Chinese food in this town.

Ordered 2B at 130pm not expecting them to have delivery at that time but they did! Food arrived in 40mins so hot and fresh. Everything was delicious, my kids gobbled the chow mein down!
Picked up a number 8 as well as a Almond chicken. The Almond chicken was greasy, the veggies were were raw and barely warm. The sweet and sour was very tough! This place used to be the best! Very dissappointef.

Could be this is the only Chinese Restaurant in Prince George! Clean restaurant and washrooms, friendly staff. However, the food was cafateria-like, tasteless veggies, oversauced meets and salty chow mein. Hope the dim sum is better, seems like it was worth trying.

I went there twice. The first time was excellent. The second time, same menu, it was dry and not heated enough. Both times I had diarrhea afterwards. I'm done with it.

I have a phobia of my food touching...they refused to separate my food into their own containers....I have now found a place where they accommodate my needs
Free eating.......
The food was good
It was a great meal at the Fortune Palace. The waitress was really nice and very sweet to our Granddaughter.
