My mom and I went there yesterday for lunch .
The food was not fit to even feed a dog .
We ended up have to pay $85 for food we left on the plate at our table .
Very Big disappointment, Never going back

Second time trying takeout, the sweet and sour pork is mostly gristle and fatty chunks. Most of the meat is this way, the ginger beef also. Egg roll seems ok but no plum sauce.

Over all our experience was good because of our friends that joined us not so much the staff. The whole reason for going out is the people you are with first. The server thought she was helping but her pushy style of serving was not appreciated. She picked up a piece of food with her bare hand that had fallen off the dish she was placing onto the table and returned it to the dish. She returned to our table numerous times, we get customer service and appreciate it when we get it, but this was customer harassment. The staff started to clean up while we had our food still on the table. I chose to not tip her as the aforementioned states clearly why. We are not happy about it as this is our second time receiving this type of atmosphere and service. We never give 5/5 for any type of business because there is always room for improvement. We expect the same from ourselves, so it's not personal.China Sail Set the standard for Customer Service, Food and Atmosphere and we expect the same from all Restaurants or Businesses.

I ordered combo 3 and when it was served to me the chow main, rice and the meat on top were all cold. I had chunks of fat in my sweet and sour pork and no meat at all in it

What happened scallops cut in half for more profit?
It's easy to see whole and halved pieces.
1/8 inch deep sauce almost covering thin ones. Two uncut pieces are normal thickness a third normal thickne piece halfed the other way. Not looking good for the future of this restaurant.

We ordered in and sadly, it wasn't good at all. We ordered 7 dishes and every single dish was cooked in what tasted like stale oil. Not a single one was enjoyable—they all had the lingering taste of the oil. Very disappointing. The person taking the order and the delivery driver were lovely and helpful, but after spending the amount of money we did for something we found unpaletable, we won’t be ordering from here again.

My bf n I ordered over 100 dollars worth of Chinese food on Aug 30th. It was delivered. I had asked for 5 or 6 dishes. One dish was honey garlic boneless pork. WE DID NOT get honey garlic pork. Instead we got tiny pieces of dry salty garlic pork. Extremely dry. One dish we ordered was ginger beef hotpot. Without white white onions. Just green onions. Upon arrival it was ginger beef with all white onions. The person who took our order was demanding in the way he needed his questions answered. So all in all the food was flavorful. And the delivery guy was so kind! So our other 3 dishes were good and what we asked for. It'll be a while before we order here due to not getting what we ordered. Jackie n Brian.

Their food tasted old and two of us didn’t feel good afterwards.

Ordered spicy prawns chow mein and 1 ton soup for pickup. For some reason. The Charmaine was overcooked and mush. The spicy prawns we're hot but flavorless something was missing. This is probably the first time this has happened to me because I am a regular and I order here religiously. Possibly a new cook or something but it really isn't very good I can't give this a honest good rating with food like this. Needless to say nobody bothered to eat it. Threw it in the fridge. Disappointing when you're spending $60 and really looking forward to a good feast of Chinese food. There has to be a little bit better quality control of some type. Anyway the food is usually really good here so I'm not sure what else to say I just hope that it returns to the way it was. I'm praying this isn't the new Norm. Or his family is done with take out Chinese food in this town.

Picked up a number 8 as well as a Almond chicken. The Almond chicken was greasy, the veggies were were raw and barely warm. The sweet and sour was very tough! This place used to be the best! Very dissappointef.

Could be this is the only Chinese Restaurant in Prince George! Clean restaurant and washrooms, friendly staff. However, the food was cafateria-like, tasteless veggies, oversauced meets and salty chow mein. Hope the dim sum is better, seems like it was worth trying.
