Absolutely terrible experience at this Freshslice location. The lady manager was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving a simple issue, she talked down to me like I was the problem. The service was third-class — slow, disorganized, and clearly lacking any sense of customer care. As for the food? Cold, stale, and nowhere near what you'd expect from a pizza place. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had. Never going back. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and respect.
