My regular Chinese food place was closed... So I went and tried Golden Plate. Wow I was quite pleased. Newly updated building. Looks great inside. if you want to go there to sit in. Service was bang on. Didn't have any issues. I got pick up. My order was there. The food was great.
Parking: 30+ parking spots.

Unfortunately our experience wasn't the best. We ordered takeout as we are visiting from out of town, and we got the combination dish Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Balls, and Sweet and Sour Pork, and also a small wonton soup.The Food was very bland. It was edible, and that's about it. Food court Chinese like Manchu Wok is much better, and that's saying something.

Great food, lots of selection between Japanese, Thai, vietnamese and Chinese dishes. Wonderful customer service, the staff here is very nice; they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. You can also order delivery and pick up on their website which is really nice.

The only reason they deserve 1 star is because of the great waitress we had, she was so sweet.We should have known when we went in and we were the only people there, but we thought we would give them a chance. As soon as I saw the chef put the smoked salmon for our roll in the microwave, in plastic it comes in and more than once I wanted to walk out. [Also, think about this, not all the salmon he heated TWICE went on our roll, so how many more time before and after was it heated like that.] The pad thai we ordered also came out suspiciously fast and tasted like it had just been reheated [Inconsistent temperature throughout]. The salmon on our roll was of a disgusting texture once it finally made it's way to us. We won't be back.

I am here from out of town on business. I ordered a Philadelphia roll spring rolls wonton soup and the meal box with chow mein honey garlic spare ribs and chicken balls. I have to say it was some of the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten by far ? especially the meal box was dreadful.....I am supremely disappointed ?
