Good Earth Coffeehouse - UNBC

I was fortunate to be a wedding guest this last weekend (Godin/James wedding). The reception was catered off-site by UNBC Food Services. I can't say enough about the fabulous food and service. Don't remember the last time I had such a fantastic food (and I mean ALL of it done to absolute perfection)!! Kuddos to you folks.

Have tried going ot the caf for dinner about 3 times so far this semester and the food has been abysmal. The food is bland and of very poor quality. Things you think may taste ok are actually hard and crusty from sitting out for hours upon hours. Vegetarian options are hilarious as is most of the other offerings. They don't cover their desserts so they become hard and crusty from sitting out from dawn to dusk. I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you aren't on the meal plan go to the moose instead it's a WAY better way to spend your $10
