He’s not one for small talk so SERVICE IS FAST which is greatly appreciated because this place can GET PACKED when the sun is out. Honestly if service is slow it’s because the people in line are being indecisive!

Every ice cream place I’ve been to in Prince George is either expensive or not good but at Ice Cream Express it’s cheap, delicious and welcoming. It’s the best ice cream place in Prince George
