Butter chicken tastes like a can of tomato soup
Needs spices, methi, more cashews, onion, garlic ginger
Dal makhani is not usually Yellow, it should be dark brown with kidney beans in it
Fish pakora got soggy in that garbage paper container......too bad
Curry chicken was ok, need more taste of spices!
Naan bread is delicious
Raita very nice
Tandoori chicken is good, just needs a bit more char taste
And NO veggies?????? Daikon, pickles carrots, onions

Ok kinda unbelievable taste, price and atmosphere. Its so cozy, comfortable, and beyond delicious. The flavours of the curry fold into each other so smoothly I can barely believe it.
Yeah, best curry in town. 10/10 recommended

With staying at the hotel across the street this made for several meals for me over the weekend. Well flavored and spiced. Can’t wait to bring my husband next time to eat. Hard to find restaurants like this in America.

The chef was willing to make my favorite dish off the menu. I also tried their fish curry it was light and the flavors were well developed. The dal Tadka was the best in town. Just the right amount of salt, and not too oily. Lots of fresh herbs.

One star.
I’ve told them so many times not to put onions on my order, and they keep messing it up. Today I had only a 30-minute lunch break, picked up my food, and of course—onions all over it again. No time to fix it, no lunch for me.
And this isn’t even the first time. Last time, I told them the same thing—no onions—they still added them. When I complained, they said they’d make it again, but all they did was scrape off the top. There were still onions inside. This place clearly doesn’t listen to customers or care about accuracy. Totally unacceptable.

The food was good, and was warm/hot the whole time. Our waitress seemed a little annoyed to be waiting on a table of white people but that could have also just been her having a bad day. The service was definitely different between our table (not a rude table btw) and the tables without any white people at them. We tried talking to her and getting her attention a few times and we unfortunately were not heard/seen. But honestly the food was really good and worth it. And she gave us a pitcher of water right away. It wasn’t the worst experience I have had but definitely not in my top places🤷♀️.

Great Chole Bhature.
Could improve the interior and cleanliness and earn that missing star.
Rest, good experience as a traveller from Lower Mainland.
Ordered twice. First time everything was really good, but second time received rice with a loooot of little hairs or threads!!
This Indian restaurant is often underestimated, but the food is exceptional, and the service is both warm and prompt. Additionally, it features the cleanest bathroom I have ever encountered in an Indian restaurant.
