It was a little chaotic and seemed someone needed to take charge. Staff were obviously really busy but it was frustrating to have pre-ordered online and be advised my order would be ready in 15 minutes to collect only to have to wait 40 mins whilst endless drive-thru customers were served. What was worse however was the rudeness of the other customers.
